I think he has already reached the stage of reality, a bit quicker than the rest of the Yams have!!!!! Well I will give him the benefit of the doubt.... :greengrin

I love the Kickback description of the SPL being 'very quick' to issue the transfer embargo.
It's like a pervert flashing himself outside the school gates at the same time every day, then expressing surprise that there's a police car waiting across the road to catch him the act.
The term 'what planet?' instantly springs to mind. I think Mercer had a lot to answer for, imbuing them with a totally misplaced superiourity complex, and Pieman didn't help, but Romanov's madness has really psychologically damaged a collective group of people, who, let's face it, were never over endowed with grey matter in the first place.
Worth resurrecting

Ryan Stevenson on being a man:
“I don’t feel as if I have been left with any other option than to say, ‘Right, I’ve had enough’.
“What they have been doing to us is simply not right and if it was happening in any other walk of life, then people would kick up a stink about it.
“I made this decision about two or three weeks ago. Deep down I knew then I was going to do it but I kept putting it off because I was worried about what it might do to my reputation in the game.
“But my wife is pregnant and she had a small bad turn with the baby. I took her into the hospital to have everything checked out. We had a scan and the first thing the doctor asked me was, ‘Has she been under any undue stress or working too hard?’
“I looked at her face, I saw her looking at me, and I knew right then what I had to do.
“There comes a point in every man’s life when he needs to stand up for what he believes in. I am a husband and now I’m going to be a dad. I have to stand up for what I believe is right.
“Quite simply, I believe what Hearts are doing to us is not right.
“So when I spoke to the manager yesterday I made my feelings clear. I told him the best outcome is for the club to either release me from my contract or agree to sell me if they get a bid. Either way I want out.
“We’re now being told we’re not going to be paid until the middle of January at the earliest, maybe even February. I’m not going to allow myself to be treated like this any longer.”

So best case is that they use the best part of £8m of fans cash to buy the worst team in living memory that is unlikely to be allowed to register a player over 21 for a year, if at all, as well as a crumbling stadium that needs several million pounds of investment just to keep going.
I'm all for it.
It defies all logic that the Evening News continue to employ this buffoon. He's been ripped a new ******** so many times on his misreporting and factual inaccuracies that it borders on cruelty letting him continue. The boy is such a walloper even most jambos think he's a wee fud.
According to the throbbers on kickback, it's all ok, because they were "expecting" this to happen anyway.
Nothing to see here, move along...
Anyone fancy going to the FOH meeting for a laugh. Can you just turn up? Also, who do you phone if you want to sign Hearts players? Some prank calls would be a good laugh. Offering them peanuts for their players while pretending to be some League 2 chairman in England.
Somebody should ask FOH whether they will be buying Hearts from Supporters Direct.
Remember when they were buying them in March?

When I voted in the poll attached to this thread, I'd thought it was just that - a poll. I hadn't realised it was a binding referendum!
Not that I'm complaining, you understand................
