If someone hasnt purchased a ST already, the reason for that has nothing to do with this decision.

Have Aberdeen voted/announced yet?
Do we know when we’ll know the full results?

I would like to think if we can prove clubs have been bullied into voting yes that this would strengthen a legal case.
Ultimately though we have been stitched up as have Partick.
Oh and **** Hibs and their ****house owner and CEO.
Budge better tell her to **** off on anything in future....which is good cause i hate this cosy cosy relationship.
I'd hold off for now. There is no quote from Hibs in that report and the Evening News are hardly known for quality scoops.
Probably not as things stand. It all depends on whether clubs were prepared to look again at how the TV and prize money is shared and how the fixtures were worked out.
If the pre split season was home and away that gives each club 26 fixtures ... then a split of 6/8 also played home and away. That gives the top 6 a total of 36 fixtures with a guaranteed 18 at home and the bottom 8 a total of 40 fixtures with a guarantee of 20 at home.
It guarantees the Ugly sisters and the TV folk their wished for 4 derby matches and to fix the possible unbalance of fixtures versus season ticket outlay for teams in the bottom 8 they could be required to charge no more than £10 a ticket for their last two home games.
As an aside ... that first set of home and away fixtures also does away with the unfair pre split schedule we currently have, which can only be a bonus.
Hearts are going down. Celebrations imminent.
What time is announcement?
I am anything but one of them, joke or not.
I'm actually glad you've found something else to moan about since there is unlikely to be any transfers.
Hopefully you'll think twice before believing daft red tops in future as it seems we have voted yes. Get your season ticket bought.
Whatever happens Hearts fans will still have a fantastic Edinburgh-based premier league team they can choose to support.
The Evening News is Hibs "go to" paper.
Rather than make it known officialy about any particular issues Hibs feed certain stories to the EEN under a nod and a wink basis.
That gets stories out in the public domain without Hibs being compromised in any way.
Its all very cosy and has been for years and in return for wee scoops the EEN is never particularly critical of the way the club is run knowing they will get access and stories denied if they get too critical.
If the EEN say Hibs are voting yes then you can be 100% certain Hibs are voting yes.
This is where we disagree.
Reconstruction to save relegated clubs this season at the expense of relegating more next season is a false economy.
Try to start the season 20/21 as usual and put permanent reconstruction on the table if it is deemed beneficial.
One off sops to clubs unlucky enough to be in the relegation places are not the answer.
I’m not going to get too excited just yet. Someone says one thing, someone says another.
Will wait until it’s official

Probably wise. Roy MacGregor is a very wealthy individual so if there's one club apart from Celtc that doesn't need the cash asap, it's probably County. He's also pretty independent minded and not scared to stand up to the SPFL. It was him that effectively torpedoed the last reconstruction attempt, wasn't it?
So Keith Jackson reported we will vote No yet at 1332 the wind of change has us voting Yes.
Stirring the proverbial o and I love the way Newco are calling stating that the SPFL are using bully boy tactics because they can’t get their own way.

Sky Sports reporting that it's likely the resolution will fail.
Looks like it due to the Championship clubs and maybe also Leagues 1 and 2 not getting to the 75%.
Will probably just mean another vote on the same motion further down the line at a time when UEFA acknowledges fixtures can't be completed. The vote will then carry as clubs will be stuffed for cash even more by then.
Hibs just announced they supported the motion

Hibs vote Yes
wtf is going on with my font
Anyway - Magic Hibs !
Charles Paterson on sky suggesting that it’s been knocked back, although no official announcement
Fantastic statement from Hibs which acknowledges that there was no other realistic option on the table.
If Hearts want to avoid relegation then they better come up with a very good proposal for reconstruction.

Excellent statement.
Thanks again all.
Great debate, heated discussion at times and strong opinions but just remember we’re all Hibs fans wanting the best for the club but with perhaps a different slant on how that comes about. I genuinely appreciate everyone’s opinion regardless if I agree with it or not - every voice helps shape a direction and decision.
Would like to hear from the club's who voted no, and their proposals for an alternative. Being a Hibs fan, we will obviously be accused of wanting it to relegate hearts. But there really is no alternative. IF we are unable complete the season by whatever date is set, which doesn't look likely, then completion of the season as is/average points total suggestion makes more sense than voiding the league. I'd love to hear the reason for teams not wanting what's been proposed
So Ha ha hearts, Newco, Aberdeen and looks like Ross County say NO.
I hope the SPFL stand strong and don’t release the prize money and continue to be seen as bully boys by Newco.
Long way to go but lifeline for ha ha hearts

Won't shed a tear to any no club that voted no
Great statement and never in doubt, too many getting there knickers in a twist thinking hibs and Leanne would vote for hearts to stay up. Doesn’t make financial sense them being in the league and morally was the correct decision
“With the Ladbrokes Premiership and Ladbrokes Leagues 1 & 2 divisions each having approved the resolution, we await the voting slip from the one Ladbrokes Championship club that has yet to vote. We will provide an update as soon as we are in a position to do so.”
10 prem clubs in favour and 1 vote not in yet. Surely Hearts & Sevco should have had their "no" votes in early doors?
Couldn't be that Sevco are even more desperate for cash than they're letting on, could it?
Hopefully the last club doesn't delay the inevitable. It'd be like watching your shot hit the inside of the post and trickle on the goal line. Somebody put a toe on it please!
Are Hearts still here or have they gone yet?
This is like transfer deadline day.
Every two mins refreshing Twitter & Hibs.net
I don’t get it ....
Can't see ICT voting yes unfortunately
With voting that high its a matter of time til it is passed even if the mystery club votes no
If ICT have missed the deadline to vote, then 7 out of 9 is 77% - motion carried - yes?
Truly is the height of pettiness from Dundee. They're absolutely miles away from United and their 'alternative' is so incomprehensibly stupid that it almost defies criticism.
