Crolla v burns potentially.
Would be a war.
Well Braehead is as **** as I remember it.
Well done Easton, that was a step up and a great fight to watch
What happened at the Copperbox in London? been switching between Braehead Arena card and BT Sport and just caught some West Ham fans going mental?
Come on Josh!
Close opening 2
Pretty close start.davies does look very awkward to fight against.
Davies down in the third.
Great round by taylor.
Barry Mcguigan enjoying himself at the side :greengrin
Another round to taylor.great fight so far.
Taylor definitely hurting him but needs to stop standing and trading.
What a shot.
Superb performance by Josh.
Battered him.
Davies must feel like a right eejit.
Brilliant performance.
GIRUY Eddie!
Future is bright for Taylor.
Is that Griffiths jumping around in the background.
Pretty special stuff from Taylor there. Star in the making

Felt a bit sorry for ricky burns getting all that stick at the end there.
Taylor was outstanding - made it look easy.
Od quit there.take nothing away from josh taylors performance he was superb.
Almost a punch perfect fight from JT, outstanding. Think he would beat Burns if they were to fight next.
Well that was satisfying.
And managed to make the train via uber. Sadly the train is full of teenagers that have been at TRNSMT. Can't win them all.
Boxing masterclass by Taylor, great night all round, reminded me of Calzaghe v Lacey, showed he can go toe to toe with a so called big hitter as well, can't wait to watch it on tv again
Taylor was great last night. That was another step up and he never really looked in trouble. Maybe too keen to stand and trade on occasion but I think that was a bit of showboating. The sky is the limit for him if he stays injury free and keeps his focus.
I really hope Scotland gets behind him. There was quite a few empty seats last night. In saying that it was still a healthy crowd and the atmosphere for the Taylor fight was electric. Davies revelled in his role as the villain and his Undertaker entrance was superb.
David Haye and his haymaker promotions have signed a deal a with tv station dave, more boxing on free tv which is good.
We've now got sky/matchroom,bt/box nation,5/cyclone,itv/poxon and now dave/hayemaker should keep us entertained for the next couple of years.
Anthony Yigit beat Joe Hughes last night to retain his European title via a clear but tough fought UD. Josh Taylor was on the ringside annalysis as he was meant to be fighting Yigit next but Yigit basically ducked him to his face post fight saying he's going back down to 135 as he doesn't have the power he would like for 140. Taylor looked a bit pissed off tbh.
Lee McGregor performed well on the undercard with the ref having to save his opponent from further punishment in the 2nd. The Pole he was fighting wasn't up to much though.
Taylor has got great potential to be a world champ. Getting better and better
Daniel Dubois looked good again tonight. He looks like a real prospect, I’ve not seen Frank Warren so excited for a while.
I like Yarde but until he is in with someone like Burton or Bugglioni it's hard to say just how good he is
Farcical that this idiot has turned up 6 pound over weight.. should have his purse halved..
the British board of control make you be a certain weight by certain dates throughout the camp so they know you've made the weight safely, he was about 9 pounds over at that point, I'm not sure all governing bodies have the same rule so perhaps he didn't know and was going to crash it all in the last couple of days
I’ve watched a fair bit of the build up to the degale fight, and it must be a bit of a concern that he was told his shoulder won’t be 100% for another few months. Truax probably won’t be be good enough to trouble him though.
Degale is all over the place here.
What a round that was. Excellent stuff.
Truax by one on my scorecard.
I’ve got Truax by one round going into the last round. Degale needs a big round here.
I’ve got that dead level. Good fight whowever wins.
Too close to call. Think Truax might have nicked it but you often really have to win a world title away from home so draw or close for Degale wouldn't shock me.
I can’t argue with that decision, although the last judge giving it to Truax by four rounds was a bit out.
How wrong was I? 4 rounds and 3 rounds for Truax seems wide to me though.
Back to the drawing board for Degale now, not in the Super Series and not sure he'll be on Groves or Eubanks radar without a world title to bring to the table. I've never really take to Degale so can't say I'm too upset tbh.
Degale’s biggest problem now is that he isn’t in the super series. He might get a rematch, but even if he wins he’s not going to get a fight that’s going to capture the imagination.
Anyone watching the Evander Holyfield documentary on BT sports. What a brilliant fighter he was. Growing up he was my favourite heavyweight fighter, in a time that we were spoiled for choice in the heavyweight division. It really was a golden time for boxing as we had the ultra competitive super middleweight division over here.
Comfortable win for Billy Joe Saunders again last night/this morning.
When he is in the mood and fit then he's close to the best boxer Britain currently has for me. He's called out Golovkin again and I'd like to see him get his chance.
Amir Khan signed with matchroom today. He is an entertaining fighter to watch even if he is a gob*****.
Word over here for several weeks is that the Parker v Joshua fight will be announced soon, probably for the end of March.
Same over here. Unification fight in Cardiff march 31st
Parker en route to London now apparently. Maybe an announcement this week.
Slightly concerning that he’s not even training for the fight as yet...
What an opportunity for Joe Parker. Biggest night of his life, I hope he does it.
AJ's trainer said he's looking to come in around 7lb lighter than he did against Takam. Good, as I do think he was too big. He'll need to be quicker against Parker.
Delighted the way the fight has worked out. I am organising a stag do that day. 18 of us booked into Hospitality against Partick, and then I had a table for 21 booked in the 3 sisters in the evening for grub. Been advised today they have moved us up to the beer hall as they are opening it for the boxing, so have requested a decent table in front of the big screen. Should be a cracking day.
Press conference starting shortly on Matchrooms youtube channel.
Josh Taylors next fight announced for the Hydro on 3rd March. Seems quite short notice so can only see it being a defence of his WBC silver title.
UPDATE - Opponent now announced as Humberto Soto
Seems like a ticking over kinda fight til something bigger appears, don't know much about Soto but looks likes he's had lots of fights, so a bit experience for JT rather than moving up the rankings
Also just saw that 1&2 and 3&4 in the WBC are all fighting and the winners meet for the vacant title, so nothing much can be done other than gaining more experience in the meantime
I will be there though, Easton is never in a bad fight and sure McGregor will be on the undercard as well
Soto looked absolutely huge at the press conference , he is going to have to lose some amount of weight to make the 10st limit and will undoubtedly be drained. He has also not had a fight since 2016 and is 37 years old , if Taylor is as good as most people think he is this fight should be relatively straightforward.
Soto is actually a small 140 fighter. He's fought at featherweight, super feather and lightweight. He does look like he needs to lose a bit of weight but he should make the weight no problem. I think he looks huge because he has a massive heid. Must be a Mexican thing because Mikey Garcia's huge dome also makes him looking bigger than he is. Vasquez had a massive heid tae.
As for the fight. Soto was some fighter in his day but at his age I doubt he'll be anywhere near the fighter he once was. Experience might get him through the fight but no chance he beats Taylor.
Wow, what a KO that was from Webb.
Yeah heard a lot of fighters say recently they don't make much money out of fighting.unless you are a big ticket seller don't think you make much till you get to world level and at that most will be closer to a 100grand rather mayweathers 100 million pay checks.
Did they just say that bellotti didn’t make the weight?
Sorry Jones is the one overweight.still unforgivable
Gassiev - Dorticos. Tonight ITV4. Cruiserweight Mohammed Ali Trophy semi final. Could be an absolute war
Carson Jones overweight as well.
Don't know if you'd call this boxing but there was a fight tonight between 2 you tubers at the copper box, apparently an 8000 sell out plus over a million views on you tube, crazy a lot of pro's don't get anywhere near those numbers.
Love watching Buatsi, total class act, he was my favourite boxer in the last Olympics and looks the part
I know pretty boy will be along to tell me(probably rightly) that the fight should have been stopped, but surely it needs to go a bit further than that. The other guy is still throwing punches ffs.
Buatsi does look the real deal.sadly looks like the 2 main events are going to clash massive crowd in Russia. Quite a setup as well.
Gassiev was very good.as was Dorticos just a bit to much in the end for him. Should be a great final.
Okolie vs Chamberlain wasn't very great Okolie just used his size to bully Chamberlain don't know how far he can he's along way off of the world champs in that division.he isn't half big though 6ft5 is huge think we might see him as a heavyweight in a couple of years.
Usyk vs Gassiev next lads. Who ya'll got ?
Thank the lord we also had Gassiev vs Dorticos to watch as well, this was one of the worst fights I've ever seen.
Both these fighters are on a fast-track to absolutely no where and won't move past British level, book it.
Either of these jokes would be KO'd in the 1st round by Gassiev, Dorticos, Breidis etc....even Tony Bellew would school them.
What a total disgrace that "fight" was
