Arsenal didn’t lose their ‘bottle’, they won their last six league games. The way Artetas men kept winning when the pressure was on was impressive, including beating Chelsea Man U and Spurs in that final run-in. They were just faced with one of the best tactical minds in history and a relentless winning machine. I’d have happily swapped places with St Johnstone in the league in 2021 if it meant we won the cup final. Nobody is going to be telling their grandkids about the season we finished 3rd but they’ll be told about the amazing days at Hampden. Young Man Utd fans will be hearing about the day they defeated an all conquering City team against all the odds for many years to come.
