Wonder what another season without top 4 means for Spurs. Long way behind Arsenal and City. Big stadium not going to pay for itself. 16 years without a trophy. Ange done well overall but can't imagine many big players going there this summer.

The rule breaches are all basically about spending too much on wages. The league leader in almost every season in history has paid the most its just now they have created rules.
