Brighton seem to be remarkably well run club - have managed to appoint successive good managers and play good football in most competitive league in the world

Brighton played some fantastic football. Glimpses of united clicking but not nearly enough
Disallowed goal chamged the flow of the game. Zirkzee had to see his teammate coming in at back post to finish
Another fortune spent by united. Nothing changed.
Wouldn’t surprise me if the United manager is sacked this weekend.
Haaland with another 2 goals so far today.
Sorry to say it as I once had a season ticket at Goodison and loved watching them in the 80s, but Everton deserve to go down this season.
three wins out of three give sunderland their best start to a season for 99 years
Great save but Watkins should score that

Hasn't been Watkins day at all.
Good to see Martinez make a mess of that. The guy is a bellend
Arsenal are the real deal. You can’t help but feel sorry for them, and Klopp’s Liverpool, who would dominate in most eras but up against Pep and his side which is probably the best English side there’s been.
7 PL hat-tricks for haaland in 68 games, to put it into context Owen 8 in 326 games Kane 8 in 320 games Henry 8 in 258 games.
Some might say it's because of the amount of chances City create a game, still incredible numbers.
1-0 celtic

St Mirren 0 v 1 Celtic
McGregor
Celtic ahead within 3 minutes again. See how St Mirren fair compared to us.
Celtic 1 up after a little over 2 minutes
Great finish from McGregor
Long afternoon ahead for The Buddies.
Celtic obviously have better players than everyone but the difference in their mindset from kick off is night and day. You look at us from kick off yesterday, we barely broke in to a jog for the first half an hour. A bit desire and willingness to run goes a long way.
2-0 Celtic
Hatate - brilliant finish

2-0 Celtic
Hatate
How often is Chris Sutton going to complain about late flagging for offside.? He clearly doesn’t know or understand that linesmen are now instructed to keep the flag down until the offending player makes or tries to make contact with ball. It might not be a good rule or one that we agree with but it’s easy to understand it. It could lead to rash, unnecessary tackling and injury and it very often means the defending team get the free kick nearer their own goals rather than where the offence is committed.
Idahs end product has been abysmal

Half time boos from some St Mirren fans. Much like us they expect better but Celtic are so dominant at the minute.
I suppose the only ones really enjoying this is the Celtic fans , such a one-sided game it’s actually boring. Shots St mirren 1/0 , Celtic 10/6 .
Celtic are streets ahead of the rest of us. Absolute streets.
3-0 Celtic
Could be about 5 or 6 already

Only good thing about playing that lot now is it gets it out of the way !
look who's on the bench

Bournemouth 1 up against Newcastle
I don't think they will be any more or less motivated than most teams in the league. They simply have far better players than every one in the league, and that will win you the vast majority of games.
Same with City in England, I don't think they work any harder than Villa or Liverpool for example, they just have better players and a better squad.
**** the smellie ones from the west.
The have around 12 times the finances of the rest in Scottish football they should be so much better than the rest, nothing new.
Then they have the front to complain that the European teams have more money than them, we should never have loaned them our strips to start out with.
1-0 Motherwell. Paul McGinn diving header.
Sheep 1 up now
Hearts are getting a pumping again.
Craig Gordon keeping them in it.. again.
Yass , get in Bournemouth 1-1 Newcastle United :partyhibb

Edinburgh's top flight teams are in a bit of a state at the start of the season.
Motherwell players getting right into the hearts players. Giving them no time. The left back Hearts apparently beat Porto, Man City and Real Madrid to sign just got done by Paul McGinn down the line [emoji23]

Jambos looking as bad as us.
Newcastle get 2 controversial decisions late on.
Goal for Bournemouth disallowed for handball and the Joelonton clothes line on the keeper which was deemed only a yellow card.
2-0 Motherwell
watched two minutes of Wolves v Chelsea (2-3 at the time) to watch the last 10 mins of the Bournemouth/Newcastle Ale game, Bournemouth goal correctly called as Arm ball(clearly) turned back to Wolves game and Chelsea had added another three goals FT 2-6. now to watch the jamboids
i see they may get a big break before the return leg with Plzen with a fee agreed with a German club for their star defender so probably away before thursday
haw haw 2-0 Motherwell
Hearts only above us by a goal difference of +1.
Jesus, Hearts are atrocious.
61 mins and :singing:we can see you sneaking out
Hearts :faf:
You can see them all leaving already between the two stands
where's the motherwell ultras they're usually down at the away end
2-1 Motherwell
game on, will the leavers return
Jambos back in it.
The 24/25 champions looking like they will be 8 points behind celtic before the end of August, lots of catching up for them to do already!
yet another Red card for Killie, think that's three in five games or thereabouts
Motherwell giving Jambos every chance of taking a hold of the game.
Gueye the boy we were rumoured to be signing then Aberdeen announced him?
3-1 Well
