LCD soundsystem and Young Fathers tonight in Glasgow. Outdoor gig at Galvinisers Yard. New venue for me but looks decent from the pictures I've seen.

Primavera has been stunning so far. Bjork was mind-blowing and the Twilight Sads tribute to Scott Frabbit was intense, emotional and almost difficult to watch in the end.
On the train back from GC. It was an amazing gig- probably the most energetic I've witnessed since black grape in 1995. Can't help thinking his output isn't going to get any better though and he probably won't end up playing to bigger audiences. I suspect he doesn't care either way.Quote:

Isle of Wight Festival ina few weeks. Depeche Mode, Hurts, Killers, Liam Gallagher, Soul II Soul, Van the Man and Gerry Cinnamon amongst others. Canny wait!

We've got Tremonti coming up at the O2 ABC in Glasgow on the 28th of this month. Mark Tremonti is the lead guitarist with Alter Bridge and Creed, he was voted the guitarist of the year 3 years in a row and was listed on Total Guitar as the 4th greatest metal guitarist of all time.
Nouvelle Vague at Union Chapel London last night were brilliant. Covered all the punk/new wave classics in their laid back and stripped down style. Very entertaining!
The Stones at Old Trafford last night were brilliant. It was the best stadium gig I've ever been to.
There were loads of touts so if it's the same at Murrayfield, you might be able to get a cheap ticket at the last minute.
