If Arsenal cam win this weekend they will have had a flying start
Watching the managers being interviewed after OF game, Celtic manager in front of sponsor board, Rangers no board, Rangers still playing silly bug..rs re Chinch sponsorship.
Neilsen using the fatigue excuse again like he did after Kilmarnock papped them out of the cup.

Don't see how players can be fatigued after so few matches. Maybe it's a case of Neilsen inadvertantly using psychology on them. The more he keeps saying they're fatigued, the more they believe it. Hes been saying it since their pre-season game v Crawley.

Congratulations to Hearts on another fantastic defeat. Can't help but be a little bit jealous.
Absolutely disgraceful decision to rule out West Ham's second goal.
Scandal.
That’s about as bad as a decision gets.
I’m finding it hard to believe quite how much of a pig’s ear they’ve made of VAR in England.
Just watched the incident and how can that be a foul?? Outrageous.

The West Ham and Newcastle goals ruled out by VAR absolutely should have stood.
The disallowed Villa goal, the linesman has made an arse of it, but the whistle went and the City players stopped. If the whistle doesn’t go, Ederson saves Coutinhos shot. Probably.
You’re factually correct but as some users are incompetent/biased/corrupt or a combination of those, the system is flawed and not worth using. How can you ensure complete objectivity when it’s open to abuse?
As I said in another thread, VAR in the Scottish Premiership will probably become a vehicle for vindicating and consolidating Old Firm bias and dominance. Problems will arise only in Old Firm derbies.
:agree: I think VAR is being properly scrutinized in England at the moment because there isn’t any widespread bias towards the big clubs or any football establishment. Certainly down there football media types don’t seem to hold any strong bias to the clubs they were associated with. Up here, VAR will strengthen old firm bias because only certain incidents will be looked at and those decisions will be scrutinized by a media who (most of us agree) have an interest in keeping their mates in the old firm happy.
I think Brendan Rodgers is hitting his expiry date, Brighton to win this
53 seconds Brighton 0 Leicester 1
leicester keeper trying his best to level things up
9 mins wan-wan
Four Leicester players jogging back there. Don’t think there is much appetite to fight for Rodgers
33 mins twa-twa done the right thing leaving vardy out
:)
wow pick that one out 3-2.... VAR checking
VAR says NAW 2-2
VAR is pish..................
Oh I say !
Another peach of a goal wiped out by VAR
Brighton 2 v 2 Leicester City
Oh that’s a real shame for the scorer, it was a beauty.
I don’t really see how he can be deemed to be interfering with play if he doesn’t touch the ball.
Trossard is a cracking player
I wonder if Brendan may walk after this, he's had a go at the hierarchy in the last few games about not being prepared and recruitment etc, he wants to challenge top 6 not struggle down the bottom.
Antony starting for United. Other than Partey missing its a full strength team for Arsenal.
Messed that up himself was always saying he had 2 no.1s how can u go wax 10-15m on a schmeichel replacement after that.
I think Rodgers is a cracking coach but I don’t think he’s good in the transfer market, because of that I think he has a shelf life at clubs and this could well be his limit
Brighton are a class side these days. Potters done a great job. Only a matter of time before a big club comes in for him.
Justice for MacAllister... brilliant free kick
Brenden getting found out a bit. Decent manager but wont get another big shot because of things like this.
That be Rodgers away.
My streams been slow all day, missed that last goal, the Leicester players look a shadow of the players from last season, they needed about 3-4 good players in to keep the players on their toes, Tielemans was expecting to be away but it never happened, something not right there. Roy Keane just had a right go at the players for that performance.
Schmeichel and Fofana are huge losses. They are playing Ndidi out of position at cb and that Luke Thomas is probably one of the weaker starting left backs in the league. Rodgers is a good manager and did well in winning them their first ever FA Cup. I think they need someone with fresh ideas to get the best back out of their attacking players and sort out their leaky defence.
Bruno Fernandes 🤣 the guys just smashed his head off the ground.
Var 🙀
correct decision
Not clear and obvious at all but it is United of course.
Very soft but probably a foul. Excellent breakaway and goal. United very fortunate. Not sure its clear and obvious but English refs need VAR to decide what to have for breakfast.
Lol., the premier league pretending they have set a high bar for physicality... Except when it leads to a goal
Another poor decision for me

Really hate VAR
I think Erikson didn't have control of the ball and was looking to go down. However some contact and probably the correct decision.
:agree: WHUFC equaliser was the best yet. Goalie goes down, makes a complete and utter horlicks of it and then pretends to be injured (again, to save face). Ref/VAR get all confused and chalk a good goal off just to avoid having to explain themselves. Farcical :greengrin
Arsenal have been excellent so far - very good watch

It had to be the debutant.
1-1 Saka fully deserved
Unless Paul Tierney can find a reason to disallow it [emoji23]

Doig scores!
Arsenal well worthy of the goal, but Man Utd will do nothing with that defending.
Doigs goal here

Well done Josh
