Ticketmaster are a joke, website jammed up, got through eventually on phone only for the guy there to tell me they were having the same problems!
Eventually got 11 tickets in C5 even though the application froze during the process, also got hit with a £16.50 booking fee because their website is crap!!
This is where the loyalty points should come into play more, higher number get first dibs etc. so there's a controlled sale rather than a mad rush with everyone a once.
No - that was my second choice. Let me buy 4 in D1 at about 10.45 (after being knocked back for about 30 minutes), then the eticketing crashed....Thought I'd lost them, but finally completed. Jeezo....:greengrinQuote:

Was absolutely fine once I got in.
I've been kicked out twice now and been put back in the queue. When I get back in it's still giving me error messages and the website keeps crashing.
What an absolute farce this is. It's maybe not even Hibs' fault but it's unacceptable. It's surely not that difficult to organise and to have a website that can cope with high levels of traffic.
FFS it's kicked me out and I'm back in the grey circle screen. 2 prime tix in I6 probably lost now. Seething.Quote:

Its saying I cant assign 2 tickets. 2 of us in the group have 186 points and I cant by 4 tickets , any ideas?
Got 2 in C5 after a bit of effort, but got them 😄
Now have 5 in D2. Logged out/ back in and everything went smoothly - not sure what went wrong first time, suspicion is the limited release and needing 5.

It's now not letting me assign the tickets in my basket when I know the person i'm trying to assign them to has well over 90 points and they are in my 'network'. This is frustrating to say the least.
Got my 2 for D2 row TT, will be my wife's 2nd Hibs match, she has a 100% win record so far.

To be honest I'm not convinced that there is any real advantage in purchasing so early today. Better seats will become available in the next few days so any perceived advantage of having loyalty points is let's say, open to debate.

Same old problem with child tickets. Can put adult ones in basket, but always error when selecting child tickets.
