There's nothing wrong with UK government tests being included, I was simply asked to explain why I had said the Scottish government gets off lightly when it comes to testing. Even with the UK government tests included, the figure in Scotland is very poor.
As for your second point, I have said this repeatedly but happy to do so again, the response from the whole of the UK to this disaster has been, to coin a topical phrase, shambolic.
I have made it clear that I am no fan of this current UK government so please don't think that this is some kind of political point scoring exercise where I try and paint the UK government to be the good guys and the Scottish government to be the bad guys. However I live in Scotland and my only concern is how things are handled here and as far as the response to this pandemic is concerned, Sturgeon has continually been at pains to point out that Scotland's way of dealing with Covid-19 is separate to any other nation in the UK, again I've no issue with that but you can't then blame anyone in Scotland for scrutinising the record of her government when it comes to things like testing.
