They weren’t working yesterday morning and the traffic was actually flowing much better.
A pain for pedestrians of course but still, the traffic was great :greengrin

I was behind a lorry which parked up with the hazards on at the Portobello crossroads earlier...it had just pulled into the left hand lane and just stopped at the front of the queue with the lights on green!Quote:
