The same day as the rest of the staff. 16th I think. I'll text and ask her though. Surely it's not just the players hearts have to pay its all on the payroll.

Looking forward to an interesting week ahead.
Bond villain voice: "I expect you to die, Mr Jambo."
Weve been waiting ages for them to die sadly i dont think admin will happen this week but hopefully it does!
Seems to be a lot of emphasis on the need for administration this week, but IMO the only difference it will make will be whether it is Dundee or Morton that is playing in the SPL next season.
Just remember last summer when Rangers went into administration and what was needed for them to actually avoid liquidation ... and then consider whether Hearts are better or worse placed than they were to exit administration?
On one hand it would be very funny if they were relegated or bumped down ever further but on the other hand it would be great if they were in the SPL next season with a points deduction being constantly brought up so the whole of the UK knew they were a joke and we had the chance to hammer them in a few derbies.
Fast forward 2 / 3 years and you could have Newco and the yams in Division 1 in the same season :greengrin
i know that a few members of the Hearts back office staff (media and admin) have not been paid on time for months. this is accepted as they are both huge jambos but know 1 of them is getting worried if his wage will arrive during the summer! club dont get punnished as SPL rules only apply to players wages.
BBCBMcLauchlin@BBCBMcLauchlin18mAppeal has been lodged in a Lithuanian court over bankruptcy order issued to Ukio Bankas. Hearts owe the bank around £15million#bbcsportscot
...exactly what some of us want. They will be in a far worse position next season re-player quality, we will be a year on with good youngsters gettnig more experience and hopefully some of the loanees willing to stay.....
Bring them on next season for more of what we saw yesterday.
Saying that there is still a chance that they will go to the wall during the summer, no tears shed here if that happens.
Let the squirming commence.
I believe that Hearts will go bust, then reconstitute, and come back into Scottish football, but it shan't be next season. There are too many issues to be resolved before July.
I don't think that yesterday was the last ever derby, but it may well be the last for some time.
That's rather a shame as I was looking forward to repeatedly slaughtering them on a level playing field. But patience is a virtue, let them wallow in football limbo for a few years, while decent young Edinburgh football fans who want to get behind a local team, find a home at ER. Then, they can begin their long homeless crawl through the leagues, hopefully meeting us in the cups a few times before we get to repeatedly turn them over in the SPL.
Either way, a future pub quiz question will be: 'which team in the UK went the longest without winning a derby?' When they answer 'Hearts, from May 2012 to- ' whenever, they will be able to trace their current demise directly back to that Scottish Cup win. Far from being their greatest moment, it will probably stand as testimony to their biggest folly.
A bank with all its branches closed, banking license revoked and good assets transferred to another bank while the Lithuanian people deal with the £300 million black hole Romanov created is appealing against being made bankrupt!
Chances of winning that appeal? Zero!
Just delays it so Yams won't go bust before season is over.
I doubt Vlad has any input now tbh. David Southern and whoever else runs Yamland will be doing the scrabbling about. They are desperately trying to save SPL status because there's even less chance of finding a buyer for Div1 Yams.
I must admit the scenario of them going into Yaministration, starting next season on -14, losing what's left of their senior players and not being allowed to sign any replacements is rather appealing. Especially with the team under the control of the Golden Showerboy, clearly one of the game's deep thinkers:

So clearly, big decisions ahead for any future owners.
