Anyone watched Ratched? I love One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest, and Nurse Ratched is such a good character. So was interested in her back story. Reading about it though it seems to be in the same mould as American Horror Story, and while I’ve never seen it, from the trailers and clips I’ve seen don’t think it’s for me, so not convinced Ratched will be for me either.

I'll stick with it for now but it's very slow. It's one of those documentaries that seems to have mountains of filler that add nothing of substance and it's only their to string out another couple of episodes.

Channel 4 for me today.
Blitzed through the entire 2nd series of Back. Picked up where the 1st series left off. A really brilliant show. It was risky pairing David Mitchell and Robert Webb in another comedy because the Peep Show comparison were inevitable. It works though and the supporting cast are excellent.
Also watched the 1st episode of It's A Sin. Looks like it will be really good but it's going to be a hard watch so one episode was quite enough for one evening.

Watched "White Tiger" on Netflix tonight. Although I did enjoy it, it never really got going.

Star Trek Lower Decks
Seen a few things about it when it was originally released in the states last year but didn't look into it too much as couldn't watch it over here but it's been added to Amazon Prime a few days back and decided to watch it and it's really pretty funny.
If you like things like Family Guy and American Dad as well as Star Trek then it's great but it's very un-Star Trek like when compared to the normal shows

I started watching the Kominsky method last night. Some of the humour is brilliant.
Finished it yesterday too. What struck me was that, despite the show covering 10 years (81-91), the styles didn’t change from first episode to last. Nobody aged, hair styles remained the same, fashion didn’t update, decor of the flat was never updated, the hospitals and cars were all from the 70’s right through to the end. I finished watching Criminal last night. I enjoyed both seasons, but the second one was better. The one were the guy was accused of rape was quite powerful. I’ve got jury duty next week and if I get picked I’ll need to remember not to be judgemental based on someone’s demeanour.

Just watched the Netflix documentary on the crack epidemic of the 80’s in America. Absolutely heartbreaking to watch, anyone that watched 13th and was angered by it should watch this, it goes into much more detail of some of the issues raised in 13th. It’s hard to believe that these things were allowed to happen in our lifetimes.
