UB assets include not only Tynecastle by Romanov shares which have been seized. Under European law they can extend the bankruptcy proceedings to UK to recover assets. HMFC essentially bankrupt. Any buyers of club and stadium will buy from administrator as part of lquidation sale. HMFC should be booted out the SPL and SFL and any buyer would hav e to seek re-entry.
Wonder if the Jambos will be singing this by the end of the day in defiance. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6E2hYDIFDIU

Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away
So is it still a case of #allisbarry?
If UBIG have provided Hearts FC as security over their debt (As the bloomberg article would suggest), and UBGI can't repay their debt, then the security for said debt would be transferred to UB administrators. In this instance, that is Hearts FC and all of it's assets, i.e. Tynecastle, name rights, SPL rights, players, staff, etc...
Then UB administrator could asset strip HMFC
I wasn't going to get up that early to attend the derby but I might now :giruy:
