A foul anywhere else on the pitch so why isn't that a penalty? Elbow in the guys face. A bit of an unusual award but you see 10 fouls for that every game.

Elbow in the face no longer a foul to some on here...wow
If that's a penalty we may as well pack up and go home
Absolutely ridiculous decision
Farce of a decision. Shikh’s arms are also up and he’s running behind Lovran!
Should have left the park too: his face, hands were both covered in blood!
Personally thought elbow was very reckless and probably a foul imo.
It always seems strange when people say "how are you supposed to jump without using your arms?" Try using your legs :greengrin
Looks softer everytime its shown... arguing with myself now... i blame the vodka, never watch scotland sober...softens the blow...
How else does Lovran jump? Folk on here thinking defenders should be able to jump like penguins. Every defender uses their arm for leverage and his eyes never leave the ball. Shikh runs into him!
I'm the gym so only have subtitles on telly but assume dionne (Dublin?) was saying no pen?
I've seen doidge get booked multiple times for the very same thing
So if that's the case why is loverns any different?

Two guys jump for the ball, both with their arms in the air. One is accidentally hit in the face and it's obvious watching it (now about five times and in slow motion) that there was no intent.
That's called an accidental collision, NOT a penalty (or a foul).
This game is now turning quite nasty.
Makes it much more interesting.

Am still sure Martin Keown is one of the evil giants from the BFG...
The Czech players elbows were just as high as the Croatian defender's, it's impossible to jump with arms by your side.
Some goal by Perisic but think goalie who had the game of his life v us could have saved it but well hit.
