April 30 (Bloomberg) -- Lithuanian court to decide when and
what state can recover of about LTL3b ($1.1 billion) in costs
from closing two banks, Verslo Zinios daily reports, citing
central bank head Vitas Vasiliauskas.
• Constitutional Court ruling expected during summer regarding state deposit-insurance fund’s priority as creditor in Snoras bankruptcy proceedings: Vasiliauskas
• Striking down insurer’s priority would mean it probably could repay only about 50% of loans from government: Vasiliauskas
• Ruling also relevant for pending Ukio Bankas bankruptcy: Vasiliauskas
• State and other creditors can’t recover any money, including more than 1 billion litai now held by Snoras, until court rules: Vasiliauskas
• NOTE: Lithuania shut Bankas Snoras AB in November 2011 for suspected misappropriation of assets
• NOTE: Lithuania shut Ukio Bankas AB in February 2013, saying it was insolvent due to risky lending
Noticed that the FOH have deleted the Heart-o-meter which detailed how much had been pledged. This would have been done to save any embarrassment if discussing with administrators of HMFC any proposed buy out.
One o these will suffice ..Attachment 9720
And now the end is here
And so I face the final curtain....
"A wee trip to division one would be like the good old days. Wouldng be too bad for 1 season."

First post since moving back from England and what a glorious day for it !, lets hope this is the final nail in their coffin . Funny how they were all up in arms over rangers writing off their debt but now they hope they can do the same !, for over twenty years they have lived above their means and lorded it over us with teams full of players they ultimately they could not afford, loving every moment of this.
A year ago we were battling to save our club from relegation.
Twelve months on if Hearts go into admin we have two chances to relegate them.
If Carlsberg did progress...
And their arrogance knows no bounds either - Hearts and Hibs would struggle to get out that division first time of asking if I'm being honest. It's a difficult league with some tricky games - QoS, Falkirk, Morton, Nid's Dumbarton, Livi and possibly Dunfermline if they survive. Every game against Hearts would be treated like a cup final with extra effort put in. With Hearts full of inexperience I'm not so sure they'd come up trumps first time of asking.
I'm a cynic too - Rangers needing some 'limelight', Hearts destined for a lower division, Ogilvie within the echelons of the SFA and links to both clubs, and David Southern 'playing ball' with the other SPL chairmen (he seems to have put himself above the trenches of Tynie more so recently than before) - sounds a good time to resurrect the SPL2 idea to me  Sponsors would love a league with both Hearts and Rangers in it, below the top league. With play-off's at the end of season too - all their Christmases come at once :cb
Just drove down Mcleod Street past the PBS and there is a Satelite TV van parked in their car park primed and ready for broadcast.
Is some news expected ? cake bake sales results ..... New World Cup Star signing .... :greengrin
#allisbarry is now greeting on twitter. @barryanderson_8 Feel free to send your love. Thinks its terrible that fans of other teams are celebrating the demise of another...
Barry Anderson@BarryAnderson_86hSome football fans desperate for #Hearts to enter administration. Baffling. Witnessed it at other clubs - horrible for players & staff. 1/2
