So £1.7millionish if true, not too bad.
Probably still looking to sell Youan and Miller this window, maybe Levitt seeing as there was talk of interest from Wrexham and he's entering his final year. Could have a good amount of money to play with this window. Freeing up what you'd imagine is three big wages in Vente, Youan and Levitt as well.
Personally I'd be looking to keep Levitt, but I'd understand moving him on if the fee was right.
Bart Kruyt...a club watcher for Heerenveen posted a story about Vente transpher...I'm still at posting links
Just read that Dutch transpher window opens on 16th June...mabye one or two more Dutch clubs will get their cards on the table and we can get more than €2m
Daniel Arzani won’t be joining Hertz as speculated, because he has signed for Hungarian side Ferencvaros.
Incidentally, Ferencvaros have a 36 year old keeper called David Grof.
Remember him?
Hopefully the start of a wee auction for Vente.
If we got more for him than Sunderland want for Triantis it could become a ridiculously good piece of business.
Seen it Twitter @aleaguehq
🚨 JUST IN from Nils Weber for @shz_de:
The speculation about Nectarios Triantis (to St. Pauli) was and remains just that—speculation. 🇩🇪
In other words: there’s nothing to it. ❌
I wouldn't be adverse to Levitt moving along with the other three. All four are decent, but if we want to kick on and improve, we need players who are a bit more reliable and robust than all of them.
Could be north of £4m for all four if they are sold, which will really help the transfer kitty. Also, with them all having only a small time left of their contracts it's either stick or twist time.
If we want to replicate 3rd and even get close to European games until Christmas these are the types of players who are good, but just not good enough.
Hopefully a few other teams come in for him and we can get it closer to 3 million.
Newell is bang average. I appreciate he has an influence off the park in the training centre. Long term he is not the answer. We seen from last season he wasn't missed much on the park. I do think every player has their "best before" or "sell by date" and I think his is coming to that point. Longterm if we want to mount a challenge in Europe, then we need to set our stall a bit higher than fielding folk who are not good enough for these levels.
Rangers moving for Mulligan is not anticipated according to Joshua Barrie of the Rangers Review (Hun equivalent of Hibs Observer)

I wonder will we maybe look to move Levitt on and recoup most of what we paid for him with his contract the way it is? NMW is another possibility too . I don’t know about that in if we got Triantis back the midfield could easily be Triantis , Newell and McGrath or maybe Manneh in . I do think we will see our midfield players rotating with two games a week which is why we need a few good options like Newell .
Still hopefully quite a few exits to go
Tavares
Delferierre
Vente
Youan
Ekpiteta / Ohora / Miller I can see a couple leaving there
Rudi - on a loan
Noah Botic supposedly has interest from Scotland.
23 year old striker who looks a bit of an all rounder
16 goals and 6 assists in 29 games this season.
Wonder if it’s us.
Looked decent every time I seen him on the TV playing in the A league but then again I was a fan of Nisbet. You would think with the Black Night group having a presence in that league they woul know what players have the quality to make it over here.
Where are you seeing the Scottish club interest?
I remember Gray saying Newells willingness to play through the pain barrier earlier in the season could have contributed to the lingering injury and he hopes after successful surgery it puts Newell in a good place for pre-season. I’m not saying Newell should be starting every week but I do think he has a part to play , think Gray thinks that too .
Malik Zaid signs permanently with Edinburgh City
Quite a few folk seem certain Levitt will be away. Why is this? He was crucial for us second half of the season I thought. If anything, Gray will want to keep him and he may even be offered an extension?
I am first to say I sometimes find Newell frustrating - hes far too good to go hiding (which he does do sometimes)
That said, more than a few of last seasons team attributed the start of the upturn to Newell making a rabble rouser speech about standards, when he cancelled the players Christmas doo. Fair play
Livingston sign Cammy Kerr.
I'm not sure they are looking to good quality wise
Canadian player has been approached. Not sure if he is interested in the move but I’m told the player would be very popular with fans. Wouldn’t tell me who.
Daniel Jebbison is Canadian…
Jonathan David 😮
I understand why Newell splits opinion. One hand he offers a lot off the field and is influencial as a core of the group. On the other he can blow hot and cold as a footballer. My opinion is what he is earning, plus the captaincy is something I feel we could do a lot better.
Bournemouth had a Canadian over to the UK and had him up at our training ground in January. He was in the last year of College. Possibly him?
IMO there’s no coincidence that his injury coincided with our unbeaten run. Captain and midfield set the tone and he doesn’t set a great tone.
Good guy and good motivator it seems but we aren’t paying for a Hibs tv commentator and motivational speaker.
Personally happy for him to stay but I wouldn’t shed a tear if he left.
Theo Bair maybe ? Even though I always thought he looked brutal. Also had a really poor season in France so doubt it.
Back to the Canadian
Perhaps Jacen Russell-Rowe. Plays for Columbus Crew which is where Tim Bezbatchenko worked previously. Out of contract at the end of the year and his MLS Salary for 2024 was only $97k, less than £1.5k pw. Recently called into the National team and valued at €3.5m on Transfermarkt.
That's exactly how I feel it panned out last season. He wasn't in the team and we started to dominate games especially in the midfield the more we got into the unbeaten run. To be club captain at hibs would make him one of the higher earners, and I feel there are players out there who would be better value for money on his wages than he is. For what little we seen of him last season I would say he struggles to make even the top 10 of highest performers last season.
Just my opinion. I appreciate all he contributes off the pitch and has done for the club. Realistically in order to progress we need to be attracting players of similar level to what the likes of Triantis, McGinn, McGeouch, Thomson, Zemmama, Brown and Beuzelin brought to hibs. Joe Newell has never been that level, regardless of what his union members on here say.
I’m thinking Jamie Knight-Lebel might be someone that fits the bill as someone we would likely be after.
Had a successful loan spell from Bristol City at Crewe last season. Seen a Crewe fan suggesting he will probably go on loan to a higher level next season, likely the championship.
Didn’t Motherwell not get a decent fee for him? Contract runs to 2028 in all . Thought CG mentioned an interest one as well in this one …

Maybe be it’s Stuart Armstrong from Vancouver
Scott Arfield?🤣
I see the Beeb are reporting CJ Egan-Riley has joined Marseille on a free.
Behave mate … Disastrous league cup campaign ?
He wasn’t in the starting 11 v Kelty.
Had he started I guarantee we wouldn’t have lost that game and then wouldn’t have drawn Celtic
We destroyed everyone else when he was playing in the group stage.

Yep. Utterly terrible.
He didn’t even have a full season in form at Motherwell. Up to Christmas he’d scored 2 in 20 games. That he managed to get 13 in his next 21 games is a complete anomaly. Plus, whenever I’ve seen him he looked crap.
I’m no arsed either way about Myko coming back, but I’d have Myko over Bair everytime.
Canadian is spoony lol
Mike Franks coming back?
Liam Millar at Hull City perhaps
