Hearts last set of accounts only goes up to June 2011 and were already overdue at the time IIRC.
The most recent set were due before the end of 2012. They are apparently about to file and if they don't file them before the 31st of this month, they'll be subject to punishment by the SPL, who better not bloody bottle it like they did last year!
Shouldn't they filed by this Thursday as it's a Bank Holiday?
The last Yam Accounts were submitted to Companies House on 10th May, but they were signed by the Auditors and Sergey Fedawhatsit on 5th April. Why it took 5 weeks to get the accounts submitted is not clear, but this years Grimms Fairy Tale may already be on their way to the SFA/SPL .
Wonder what the debt will be in the accounts / will have been last June?
Hearts AGM was on 3rd June last year long after the Accounts were made public.
I had to search the Yam Official site for that. I think I had better shower soon ! :greengrin
I have the 24th May, which is still after they were submitted.

It's not that important, since they would have had a majority of shareholders in favour of them, but it's not good practice IMO to lodge accounts with Companies House until they have been approved by the AGM.
Not sure if anyone posted this yesterday but apparently fan groups had a meeting at the Asbestos Arena last night: http://www.scotsman.com/sport/footba...-bid-1-2857582
"Those involved in the talks understand that, after severe financial difficulties late last year, Hearts have the money in place to see out the rest of the season. This means there is no need for an immediate sale – and, partly for that reason, none of the groups in attendance expects a resolution this evening."
All is barry by the sound of it then, lets ignore those nasty accounts that have to be submitted, the crumbling stadium, growing creditors list and the whole Lithuanian banking mess, none of which is ever going to bite us because Vlads a Jambo and he will make the bad men go away. It's a bit sad that a group of grown ups can get together and somehow collectively believe that they actually have control or even influence over what happens and that becasue they say so they will trundle on to the end of the season.
The gathering must have been like the one in the Life of Brian with all the disparate groups yakking about the Romans but basically unable to do anything about it and actually at odds with each other
Did anyone mention the £ 500,000 due to HMRC at the end of the season ?
Thought not ! :agree:
...And this...:cb
