I’ve absolutely no sympathy for Celtic. It’s funny watching happen to them, what happens to everyone that plays them in Scotland.

But it’s just down to money at the end of the day. Dortmund’s annual revenue is over 500 million. The top European teams are just operating in a completely different world (as Celtic are domestically).

Probably MacGregor, Taylor and I expect Scales has been at Celtic a number of years.

It's an indictment of poor coaching in Scotland that a number of SPFL teams are made up of non Scottish players.

Celtc getting stuffed is absolutely brilliant. No doubt their fans will blame the other SPFL clubs for not being competitive enough. Hope it ends up 10-1.

Would like to see Dortmund score a few more but I’ve a feeling they’ll make a few changes and take it easy.

Won't be an issue in a season or two because the coefficient will be so crap them and sevco will be back to having to play about 3 qualifiers to get into the groups

There’s no point in Dortmund going all out to get double figures and risk injury. They’ll score another couple of goals and let Celtic get a wee consolation goal.
I wish folk would stop going on about the chasm between Celtic and good European sides and Celtic and most Scottish sides. We all know that. Just enjoy their ignominy and embarrassment. :greengrin

Dortmund just passing their way through Celtic like they're not even there. Could easily be another 5 in this half.

I don't find it that funny if I'm honest. I'm embarrassed on nights like this as it shows up how much of a joke our league is. Surely we should be striving for better from our Scottish teams in Europe? The whole system in this country needs overhauled top to bottom. Coaching from grass routes to professional is clearly not good enough compared to our European neighbours. Dosent help when it's been a 2 team league for over 30 years. The sooner the ugly sisters go down south or to some form of super league the better for everyone involved including them.

They’ve spent 6m on a cb that looks like he’s a competition winner and 11m on a midfielder who’s barely touched the ball the league may be poor but they need to look within at some point how many cbs have they signed recently and Liam scales is the one selected they’re an absolute riot

Can't believe they didn't start Hatate. Genuinely think he's their best player.

Celtic's level is the Europa Conference League where the Yam are.

They may win in the odd game at home in the Champions League but they would be competitive at the lowest UEFA club competition.
