Just finished Dexter: Original Sin, decent enough watch. Good performance from the English actor (Patrick Gibson) who plays young Dexter.

I think you likely know this, but for clarity for other poster, David Simon was a journalist, he wrote a book "Homicide: a year on the killing streets" which then led to the Homicide show, featuring many of the same stories.Quote:

Toxic Town is a story that needed told but Jodie Whitakers attempt at a Scottish accent was hurting my ears.
I was a bit disappointed in the final episode of Paradise. Clearly setting up for a second series, though.
Just finished episode 1 of Daredevil: Reborn.
I cannot wait to see how this unfolds, and if it's getting serious hype (I've been trying to avoid it as I loved the initial series') it deserves every bit of it.

Yeah I've been watching it and enjoying it despite it being all a bit daft. Kinda gives me Prison Break vibes, where it's kinda dumb but the twists and turns make it enough fun to stick with.Quote:

Anyway we jumped on the latest season of drive to survive. Haven't seen any of it before nor watched the racing so intrigued to see what my thoughts are in 6/12 months
