Reading back on previous patsy posts there is for sure a whiff of the yam about them, defo big team mentality, putting the wee team jets down where they belong, in saying that when you dominate a local rival always good to make them remember ;)

Are we allowed to 'trade' our pick away? Say if we guess the attendance correctly, but dont want pick one followed by a thirty pick wait till pick two, and instead want to swap with someone with a pick in the middle of the round?

I guess it's a call for Gatey as its his league...

I'm a Pats fan because I live in New England, that's the only reason I hate the Jets. I'm not sure about the big team thing though. Is there such a think in the NFL with salary caps, etc.? The Pats were relative nobodies when I came over here in 1998. Back on those days it was still costly to get into a game but it was possible. Now it's something like $120 for a standing room only ticket.

Same reasons (I lived in Rhode Island at the time I started following them) and it was right after 'that' season, where we were the worst team in the league!

I wouldnt draft any saints reciever until the 7th or 8th round. The ball is spread about too much for good value in fantasy.

Have a look at a good nfl fantasy rankings board and you'll have the choice of some decent players between #25-#35 when our turn comes round. Its definitely a lot more challenging being in a 16 team league!

We had one last year but not everyone can update it as a lot of us use mobile phones to post.

What we REALLY need is our own sub-forum. Tired of having to click on "Other Sports" to see if this thread has been updated because someone wanted to talk about some insignificant sport! :greengrin

Yeah it can be set for Auto draft but not as much fun.
