He's said that he's got a big list of Executive Orders to implement on day one which may get him over that obstacle, though, unless they're subsequently found to be unconstitutional / illegal. The other big issue for Trump is that he’s only got one term. Once the conversation turns to who will replace him (and it will fairly quickly) that will start to hamstring him.
I also think he’ll fall out with Musk sooner rather than later and the divorce there will be messier than any similar parting Trump has dealt with before.
I honestly think we’ll see him try and push for a constitutional change to allow another term and if he’s got the back of the Supreme Court…. Nothing would surprise me.Quote:
