All of us making this trip are insane, what a nightmare I've had today trying to get the trip under £500.
For those getting trains you get discounts buying group tickets together in Denmark.
Two of us driving to Stansted overnight, then flight to Hamburg on Wednesday morning and then two trains to Herning on Wednesday afternoon.
Two nights in an Airbnb flat near the ground before two trains back to Hamburg on Friday and flight back to Stansted early Friday evening.
Overnight drive back up the road.
Petrol, parking, flights, trains and accommodation coming in at circa £250 each.
Manchester flight to Gdansk then to Copenhagen. Hotel overnight in Copenhagen then Bus from Copenhagen to Herning coming all in at at about 320 so far but haven't booked accommodation in Herning yet until we know we have a ticket. If we don't get one just going to have another day on the drink in Copenhagen day of the match and watch it there.
Anyone else on the SAS flight out of Edinburgh on the Wednesday evening? Jumped a fair bit price wise so reckon there must be a few on it.

******* ******* just cancelled our direct flights to CPH, managed to replace them with EDI to Gatwick then CPH on the Tuesday and the same going home on Friday. They've obviously filled the plane 4 times over increasing the price as they go then cancelled the people with the cheaper tickets. Beware an unknown number phoning you today if your flights aren't confirmed yet.
Yup Chuck, my naivety thought that inputting of the passport details and the money being withdrawn the tickets were in the bag, how wrong was I, ******* *******. A bit more expensive but better times arriving (2pm instead of 6pm in CPH) and leaving kinda negate the hassle. Still buzzing.
I have hired a submarine leaving on the Monday and arriving in time for the game, still a few deck seats available !🤣
better and cheaper options just booked 4 for a total £776 (194 pp)
all transport from EDI (tues 22) and back to Waverly (fri 25)
Wont take the credit that goes to another poster who pointed me in right direction
Same flight going out for me but my train from CPH is 13.10 as wasn't sure we would make the 12.10 with it only being an hour from scheduled landing. However if we are in the airport station in time for the 12.10 we will jump on that and play daft or take the hit.
Short and sweet trip for me. One night in the DGI Huset Herning and then an early start Friday back to CPH for a lunchtime flight back to Newcastle.
Having seen the closing time of some of the pubs in Herning Town Centre, the hotel room may well turn out a waste of money! :dizzy:
Stolen off Hibs Supporters Facebook Page
Hi Guys/Gurls
Ive been in touch with the Scottish Bar Fox and Hounds, Herning and they are keen to have the Hibs fans Based in the Pub.
They have DJs booked for Wed and Thurs nights, and staying open Wed til 2am and after the game til 3am.
They are happy to hear suggestions on how to make our Danish trip memorable.
Hoping the ticket information is out soon. I will be ok as Hibs First, unless something ridiculous happens with the allocation, but it would be good for those going to know they’re going to be sorted. If it is the 800 odd then I think that’ll just be enough. With another tie guaranteed and the cost of this one, unless you were quick off the mark, I think a few people will have held off.
Booked return flights today from Aberdeen -> Esbjerg.
Booked return train from Esbjerg -> Herning.
Praying now we are lucky enough to get tickets for the game.
