Gave up on it halfway through the 5th season. First two were excellent and it was downhill after that imo.
Watched Outlaw King at the weekend and Really enjoyed it.

Trust, about the John Paul Getty III kidnapping, has been excellent.
Donald Sutherland does a very convincing JP Getty
Just finished season 2 of Snowfall, well worth a watch.
Not for the squeamish but Open Heart Surgery Live currently on Channel 5 is fascinating viewing.
Midnight Texas , Loving it
Louis Theroux - Choosing Death.
A difficult watch and it throws up all kind of moral questions but it's a fascinating documentary and it's respectful and gentle given the subject matter. Theroux is still one of the best at what he does; of course there are better documentary makers out there but his empathetic style, his willingness to let others be in the spotlight and his ability to inject humour to often dark subjects make him very watchable.
Really enjoyed Informer but, the ending completely wrecked it, it's absolute nonsense! 😡
Other than Attenborough which is a given then Theroux has been my favourite documentarian since his original wild weekends. As you say his ability to bring humour to even the most serious of subjects is what makes it, he seems to have gone for more and more serious subjects over recent years but he still brings his sarcastic and light nature into it
The interrogation of Tony Martin is an interesting watch.
I’m sure someone has probably posted this link before, but if not, I strongly suggest you check out some of the amazing content on Truly Scottish TV:

Navigation is a bit of a pain using the playlist button at the bottom right of each page, but the Scotland Outdoors (CH 4), Music (CH 6), and Cooking (CH 10) channels are awesome :-)
Finally watching Luther!
Walking dead finally an enjoyable episode!
Not read through the whole thread so apologies if this has been mentioned before.
I have just started watching Get Shorty. Very entertaining.
Spotted True Detective on the Sky Box Sets, was great to rewatch. Highly recommend season 1.
It's finished on FOX until after Christmas.
Just finished watching Blood that was on CH5 last week, quite good but, not too cheery! 😥
Just watched Blood as well
Decent drama, worth a watch
The Netflix doc about Sunderland is getting a go tonight, unfortunately they didn't show the game where we drew 2-2 with them pre season but does start with Celtic pumping them 5-0.
Darren Gibson gets filmed absolutely steaming doing a full regional accent which is quite entertaining.
The cars that players are cutting about in are ridiculous. If there were ever a way to display how ridiculous English football money is it's that.
Condor, The Sinner, Acceptable Risk, Berlin Station & Shades of Guilt all very good.
Vikings is back on...
Just watching Springsteen on Broadway on Netflix.
Just added today, is a recording of his one man show in New York, great stuff.
I'm REALLY late to this party, but I've just started The Man In the High Castle (read the book years ago), and it's superb.
Dark, uncomfortable and aesthetically remarkable, I'm hooked!
It's actually more of an an extended short story, hence the intrigue.
I love Dick's short stories, so a bit concerned that (as with so many books) I'll be disappointed with the adaptation.
Think I'll watch it and pretend I don't know the story [emoji23]

I've been listening to his stuff for 30 years, got everything he's ever recorded. I absolutely love his music but few of my mates do, there's this perception of him as lacking subtlety and intelligence, maybe because of a misinterpretation of Born in the USA. If you're in this boat I guarantee you'll change your kind after this film. It's all country acoustic interspersed with everyday life anecdotes that would bring a tear to a stone.
She wanted to watch Torville and Dean last night so I thought I would sit with her since it’s Christmas. Have to say I enjoyed and it’s really well done, especially their portrayal of Cristopher Dean.
Maybe it’s because their Olympic gold was one of those sporting memories from my childhood. I recall it was a huge deal back then and is now considered an iconic moment. That song, their outfits, the ending...I think it will always be remembered for decades to come.
Bandersnatch, Charlie Brookers latest Black Mirror is an outstanding bit of TV and total game changer imo
Again, late to the party, but Bodyguard really was a sensational piece of drama by the BBC. Just finished the series. Excellent.
Just watched the first 2 episodes of "You" on Netflix, really enjoying it.
Started well, but did you not think the last few episodes got increasingly daft? To the point when we were supposed to believe that the bodyguard was able to escape from the back of a building that the entire London police force was staking out? :faf: (not to mention escaping across London afterwards).
I must be weird but i find stuff like Game of Thrones and others very juvenile. Great production values obviously. But ..... Wish I could watch this stuff. Looks like an excuse to show sex and violence tbh.
I got the Games of Thrones boxset for christmas. Looking forward to getting stuck into it.
Just watched escape at dannemora and sharp objects over the Christmas and New year, both well acted and great storylines, definitely worth a watch
New Luther series
Escape at dannemora is really good, if a bit slow
The Bros documentary on BBC is definitely worth watching. Must be the most quotable film I've seen in years!
Hilarious but kinda touching also.
Finished Luther last night. Far fetched but brilliant
Onto ‘You’ now. Heard a lot of positive things about it but onto seven episodes and struggling to find it
Whilst it wouldn't normally be my cup of tea I've just watched ep1 of Les Miserables after reading the reviews in the papers, it's got all the makings of another BBC epic.
I've now watched ep2, Lilly Collins is magnificent. Just found out she is Phil Collins daughter.
Just finished watching Manhunt on STV. Thought it was really well done, really fascinating how they managed to tie all the cases together in the end.
Few episodes into Shooter enjoyable so far.
On the subject of Best TV, the first episode of the Sopranos was aired 20 years ago this week.
20 years.
Just sat and watched the 3 episodes of Manhunt. Just like Little Boy Blue (about the Rhys Jones murder) it was very good and interesting to see how he was caught. Must be incredibly frustrating when you know someone committed the crime but can't prove it, and clearly take it's toll on your family life.
Also, The Trip is just brilliant
Anyone else watching "Maniac"? I keep watching it but can't decide if it's utter garbage or genius.
It's brilliant. I love Black Mirror so was always likely to enjoy it but I'm obsessed.
I'm intrigued as to when they are going to reveal what the 'White Bear' symbol means. It's been prominent throughout Black Mirror and obviously had huge significance in Bandersnatch. There's a few online theories about how it glues the whole Black Mirror universe together.
Season 3 of True Detective starting tomorrow.
Roast Battle on Comedy Central is quite amusing, I can imagine a few posters on heres heads exploding whilst watching it though. 😱
Not sure if previously mentioned but watching Tin Star, it's dark but very good. On more 4, new series on Sky Atlantic so I will need to wait to watch it.
Watched the first couple episodes of me, you, and the apocalypse.
It seems pretty funny, easy to watch tv. Bit similar in style to Chuck, in that it combines geeky characters with top level governmental ones.
Just noticed this,,,,,,,

Hopefully do the series justice, nice it's a family affair
Tin star season 2 is available tomorrow to watch all episodes a hink
I'm 3 episodes into Penny dreadful its ok
