Quite impressed with the seals against the killer shark.

I've just finished The Fall of the House of Usher.
It's 8 episodes based on Edgar Allan Poe stories and utterly captivating.
Highly recommended.
Watched the film Reptile on Netflix as half my street told me it was brilliant
Meh
This is an excellent adaptation and I would recommend it highly too. Being a weird kid my two favourite bedtime stories were The Tell Tale Heart and The Raven. The former was my mums speciality as she would use her foot to tap out the heartbeat on my bed frame whilst she read it to me, which totally freaked my young brain out. I loved the Raven for the beat of the poem, it got me to sleep quickly, my head would go under the covers at "Darkness there and nothing more" and I would be snoozing before she read 'Lenore'! I have no delusion as to where my love of horror books and movies came from, that seed was planted and nurtured by my mum. I just wish she had hid some of the movies I watched at way too young an age and which did mentally scar me a wee bit :greengrin
The Morning Show season 3 continues to impress. Apple TV.
Has anyone watched Undercover, about Ferry who is a Belgian drug lord ? I watched it a while back and thought it was really good viewing as was the follow up film called Ferry
I have just noticed there is another 8 part series on Netflix called Ferry which according to the date of November 2023, is this another new run or is it the previous ones from 2019 ? I watched the start of it earlier but to be honest I cant remember how the first series started 🤭
If you’ve not watched “Colin From Accounts” yet I can’t reccomend it highly enough.
Absolutely hilarious.
I finished Bodies the other night, I actually fair enjoyed it. As with all time travel shows its easy to pick holes or question certain elements, but if you just take it for face value and not delve too much into the paradoxes etc it was a show I'd recommend
I've got 2 episodes to go.
I'm with you. There are a couple of glaring plot holes but it's entertaining. Each of the stories in the respective time periods is well told and the overall storyline hold together pretty well. It's watchable and I've found myself doing the 'just one more episode' thing.
Louis Theroux interviews is back. Absolutely love this man. Don’t think I’ve ever seen him do something I haven’t liked. Anthony Joshua come across as a really nice guy. I’d love to see him fight Fury and win.
Mr in-between is very good. Gutted when it finished
Halfway through The Burning Girls, not sure what to make of it yet.
Just caught up with the Alienist on netflix and really enjoyed it, love how it has caught the detail of the late 1800s New York, pretty brutal in parts too and cast are great
Two Doors down coming on 24th November on the Beeb, cant wait
