The food was delicious, highlight was a reduced red wine sauce with shallots and marrow fat accompanying monkfish. It was exceptional, especially given I would never associate a red wine sauce or a red wine pair with monkfish.
All told, it's consistently been the best food I've had in Edinburgh, very reasonably priced, in a lovely setting with great views and fantastic service. I couldn't recommend it more.
