Think it's really poor now very dark as well and not much stock. Once again I don't understand how we can't get our kits into Jd or similar. Strange how the ****bos can but not us.
Not happy seeing there kits on sale at the airport last week.

Thanks, that’s disappointing to hear. Never made it in today, really disappointed by the new store, it has even less than the previous shop.
For years we’ve had a disappointing range of items available, other clubs almost always seem to have a big range of kit available.
Hopefully with the new fans rep group stuff like this can be addressed as it’s a massive revenue opportunity missed.
Was there last year, took the kids in to buy them the full kit, training tops, etc. Absolute crap, the quality was rank and the place looked like pound stretchers. Left with a scarf for my daughter as I promised her something to take back to NZ. Hopefully our new CEO makes it a top priority to sort out our merchandise because our supplier is taking the piss.
Was in yesterday and was told that home strips are sold out in store but available to buy online. The laddie behind the counter was apologetic and pretty helpful tbh, so maybe i was lucky in who served me.
Really disappointed in how sparse and unimaginative the other stock was. Other than the heritage branded HFC training wear I couldn't see any other 150th themed merch , no polos , T shirts, badges etc. With our 150th season around the corner that's a huge market being missed.
Fanatics have been a huge disappointment since they took over. There was much more and much more varied stock in the shop before they took over. Can only guess it's because they have no real interest, affinity or knowledge of the Club and are just happy to pick up a franchise fee.
Looks like the gadgies on the corner of Albion Place who've been stocking 150th merch since the middle of last season , will be getting even more business now.
Did we not just start with Fanatics last season? Not sure how long it runs for but hopefully not a massive long term deal that we're stuck into for 5/10 years.
I haven't had many interactions with the club shop under them so far but I've been less than impressed with Fanatics on the MLB/NFL side of things as that's who deals with a lot of your merchandise for they leagues.
It all comes over as barely a step above a generic internet site that slaps badges on tat and calls it a day. The only things ever really worth purchasing from them has been the stuff that was made by the manufacturer/team themselves such as kits/training wear/or a cap by a Nike/Joma etc. But if you want a T-shirt or a mug or similar small items it's really just bargain bin or tourist trap level tat.
My better half is a St.Mirren fan so I've paid more than one visit to their shop and although it's small it's absolutely crammed full of merch.
Real good quality stuff and not just team kit and generic t-shirts and tat. Key rings and paperweights containing grass clippings from the pitch and lots of other novelty gifts that make for fun presents ect.
Don't know if their shop is still run by the guys that used to run ours but whoever it is is delivering a much better experience and offering.
I was in the shop earlier and asked when the new kit would be available again, "could be tomorrow, could be two weeks".
The new training kit is available (£56 for tracky top and £42 for the t-shirt!), a very limited range of leisure wear, retro tops, scarves/hats and that's about it. None of the sales stuff on the website is available

I was at 20 20 opticians on Saturday so went to the club shop to check out the new home kit, was very surprised they had none at all!! The whole place just seemed drab with very little on offer.
As always I had a wee wander round the stadium and was outside the West stand when it suddenly hit me that I can kinda remember a tiny wee club shop there in the 80's, possibly below the old North stand, it was basically a wee cupboard if memory serves, seem to recall buying tickets there too.
Its really something Hibs need to get sorted. Not a lot to critise atm but the shop is really poor.
While we're at it, Joma and bevvy are still both naff too although its been done to death so I respect anyone who's sick of hearing it.

When’s the yellow kit on sale ? Did they announce a date for it ?
I’m not one who wears a strip but was looking forward to a 150th anniversary polo shirt or the like. Disappointed to hear there’s nothing like that available.
Hibs must be losing a fortune with this new shop. Hardly anything in it.
This post is about hospitality rather than shop but interested in peoples opinions. I bought two tickets for hospitality for derby on 27th dec (also our anniversary) as a treat for my wife and I. I had to pay full price for her and discounted price for me. But then the club came back to me and said that my normal seat would be released for general sale. This is a problem as I go with my young son and another family member would take him on the day in my place. The club came back and said I could keep my seat and forfeit the season ticket discount.
This does not sit right with me. The discount is marketed as a benefit of buying a season ticket and there is no mention of being required to trade in your existing seat to get it. This info is only being communicated after you purchase hospitality and is in the small print in the conditions.
Effectively for a cat A game you have to release a seat worth £30 to get a £20 discount for hospitality. I do not think this was the case last season but others will know for sure. Imo the club should be front loading this information at the outset and not misrepresenting the discount as a benefit as an enticement to purchase your season ticket.
Do not get me wrong this was not what swayed me ultimately to buy a ST but an advertised benefit is something that should have no strings attached. Paying the extra £20 is not the issue either but more the principle and the feeling that the club has been a little underhand trying to wring out every last ounce of revenue at the expense of valuing customer loyalty.
We have all but decided to pull the plug on it and go for 2-3 nice meals in restaurants instead. Interested to know others experience and thoughts on this. I hate having a negative feeling about anything to do with hibs at the moment and maybe I’m just being a grumpy old man.
Difficult one. I too would feel annoyed if I wanted to hand my ticket to someone else but at the same time I can see what Hibs are saying by giving you ST discount then also wanting to keep your seat.
Never had the issue as I couldn’t justify hospitality prices. I genuinely think it’s a good call to get a good meal elsewhere. Plenty excellent restaurants in Edinburgh now who will give you a better quality of food
Playing devils advocate here. If the club are offering you a discount to use another seat then surely you have forfeited the use of your usual seat that day. We don't have the right to reserve the seat for somebody else's use if we aren't going to be in it do we? If we don't then the club aren't really being unreasonable here.
Is it not the case that use of a season ticket is limited to the season ticket holder and that means not giving it to someone else?
Appreciate your response but don’t really agree.
Think we can pass the ticket onto another person if we are not going to attend.. again I could be wrong.
The club are not offering me a discount to use another seat. They marketed a benefit of purchasing a ST as gaining an entitlement to a discount on hospitality.
Initially i bought this last year but had to cancel due to work commitments. There did not seem to be a requirement then to release the seat, nor the year before when my son was a mascot and we were relocated to the west.
I bought the hospitality not because I felt it represented good value for money but because I wanted to give something back to the club. (A different seat, 8 drink maximum and 3 course meal for £175 (£195 without discount) is not imo great value.
I am convinced this has been introduced this year and has been poorly communicated. If it had been more upfront then I think there would be no issue.
