I think they've been watching too much Spanish football where moves are built from the back.
Difference is the Spanish players are twice as good on the ball as Hibs and can do one touch stuff faultlessly. Also the forwards are quicker and run into spaces to make themselves available.
Keep it simple. Get it down the wings and get it across.
Of course we need a couple of wingers first!

The defence is honking, really poor marking for the goal and our left hand side has been particularly weak. Hanlon has been turned inside out too often, he's never been commanding enough for me.
