To be honest there's no reason for them not to have been paid. If they have raised at least 800k from shares that's more than enough to cover a months wages even for them. All their doing is limping along though and there are still many hurdles to be jumpedQuote:

I still can't see any reports in the press that they were actually paid yesterday. If they had been, then I'm sure the Yams would have ensured that the world and his dog were made aware of the fact.
I think their pay day is the 16th which is tomorrow. Normally if a pay day is on a Sunday the wages tend to hit accounts on the Monday, so no real crisis at the moment. They have been spouting about paying the wages early, but no real confirmation that this has been done so far, which is a bit weird.Quote:

In today's EN that they've paid all the wages .
I suppose it depends on what their contracts say. Mine says that I get paid on the 27th of each month therefore if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday so to avoid breaching my contract the company has to pay on the Friday. They may have some wording that allows them to pay on the following Monday. Not sure that it really matters to them what is in contracts though.Quote:
