We need a striker with an exotic name (and obvs brilliant) then id be in happy
Id definitely like our signings recently
We added a lot of power and pace to the team, and some obvious quality
I like our direction at the moment

Going back to Megwa, was there not talk on here that we see more of a DM but can play RB.
Happy with Mulligan if we get it over the line. While it isn't a position we needed a body in (assuming he comes in to play RWB) you can't pass up the opportunity to sign good players in general, versatility will come in handy as well.
If we ever get to the point those roasters are at - where the defence mechanism around a rival signing is 'THE COMPUTER OBVIOUSLY DIDNT FLAG HIM UP, WE'D HAVE HIM OTHERWISE, HE MUST BE PISH' - then just swiftly put us all out of our misery.

There was talk that someone in East Mains thought he would make a better DM. But I'm not sure I see that being the case on what I've seen of him at Partick. He's very much a RWB/RB/RCB type and I'm not convinced that he's got it to play for Hibs either.
I would prefer to see him and get a good read on him in a Hibs jersey again though before he's cast aside, especially after signing a 4 year deal. But it doesn't seem likely.
Fabrizio Romano’s “here we go” statement is a catch phrase that the journalist uses to indicate that a transfer deal between two clubs has reached completion.
For example:
“Kepa to Arsenal, here we go"
“Deal done for the Spanish goalkeeper to join Arsenal as new backup for David Raya.
“Arsenal activate £5m clause from Chelsea and all documents are now sealed. One more addition for Arteta after Martin Zubimendi.”
Considering the end of the season's play, some may disagree with you. When Miller was moved to RCB and Cadden returned to RWB, they performed well, albeit maybe not with Nicky Cadden's final ball.
However, before that we badly needed a right back. That said, from the video, he looks more like a RWB and competition with Cadden.
I'd go as far as saying he has the potential to get into the Scotland squad regularly if he performs well with us, especially as Scotland have struggled ever since Hickey and Paterson got injured.
St Mirren striker Owen Oseni is due to undergo a medical with Plymouth Arygle today.
It’s understood a six-figure fee has been agreed by the clubs for the 22-year-old.
Oseni joined St Mirren last summer from Gateshead for £120,000.

I think it is a position where we needed to strengthen. Not a problem, as such, but I think it was a position where we need improvement. I think Mulligan can offer more going forward than Cadden and has loads of room for improvement.
I think it’s good that we look like we’re trying to properly upgrade positions. Years gone but we’d have just looked for a cheap a backup for Cadden. Now, we’re spending hundreds of thousands of pounds. Same applies to the goalie.
Salinger
Porteous Rocky Iredale
Nectar Levitt
Mulligan McGrath N Cadden
Boyle Bowie
Not too shabby.
With Vente away that free's up the number 9 shirt so I guess Bowie will be the new number 9
I'm really excited about Levitt this season. He ended last season as arguably one of our best players.
Where’s the Porteous stuff coming from, just speculation?
There was something on Facebook about a Portuguese midfielder (Ismael..?) Who Hibs have seemingly made an offer for, he plays for Moreinse seemingly. Not sure if it's just made up or true though.
Does anyone ITK have any info on Nectar? The suspense is killing me 🤣🤣 really hoping to see him return, had some season and will only get better imo.
I think when good players become available and they'll improve you then you just need to strike rather than live in regret. Which as you say sometimes we'd say "well actually we have Chris Cadden so why do we need Mulligan?"
I like Chris Cadden and still think he'll have a lot to offer us this season but Mulligan at least has a higher ceiling.
I have absolutely no insider info, but I expect him to be back here based on what SDG has said about the advanced and very positive talks.
The lad clearly loves it here and it could be such a great stepping stone for him like we've seen with younger players here over the years.
Excited to see Manneh flourish thought he looked a really good player progressive
