Happy birthday Rudi 👏.

I think getting him out on a loan deal for a season to a decent club would be beneficial for his development , maybe a club like Dunfermline if Lennon stays there .
Yeah he wants to make Hibs home. Swansea have a new manager though which could go against us. I think the last one didn't fancy him so I guess if it is going to happen it will be much later in the window. The new manager will have to take a good look at him in their pre-season and make a decision
Richard Taylor leaves St Mirren
A St Mirren fan on Twitter says he has heard from two different sources ( could be a guy down the pub) that Taylor has signed a pre with Hibs
Although I have read earlier Luton are supposedly interested, clubs in Belgium also supposedly interested.
I still have high hopes for Rudi who started the season really well, then was put back on the bench and had an injury hit season. 19 is still a young age, i think a loan will be on the cards and would rather see him at a lower end premiership team tbh, think we can we can do better than Dunfermline for the lad.
Swansea wanting Mcburnie back from Las Palmas could we go for Myko ?
I think if Lennon stays at the Pars the type of guy he is he will undoubtedly be wanting to try for the championship title. I think there would be more chance of Rudi playing regularly there than a team in the lower end of the premier , plus you have the fact if the Pars do mount a title challenge they are winning more than a team struggling in the bottom end of the premier which brings different things to a player like confidence, feel good factor etc .
I would like them to be up there as i don't mind them as a club, it's a good location for him I'll admit and i agree any loan move would be better than sitting on the bench most weeks.
I wonder who they would be looking at from the 18's Cleland would be one I'd think?
This happened last time we won the youth league and we didn't loan anyone out because they played in Europe, wonder if this will happen again?
That will severely impact our transfer dealings now
Make it a lot harder to convince Rocky and Triantis you would think
Nobody said he had? At least, none of the posts I can see on this thread state he has. I was merely suggesting that Triantis and his agene, when considering any possible moves next season, would have been well aware that we were sitting third, were occupying a place in the second qualifying round of the Europa League, and would likely be in that place next season and if he wanted guaranteed european football, then his future may lie elsewhere. To suggest that anyone has said he has signed for next season is totally disingenuous and wild!
If we want to have a genuine chance of getting through to group stage football then you'd imagine work is going to need to be done more urgently now than if we had the guaranteed groups given our earlier start in Europe.
Still a lot of unknowns in terms of Rocky leaving or staying. Youan and Vente likely to both move on? Miller possibly away too? We are definitely two strikers short with Myko gone and Gayle retiring, a Triantis hole that needs to be filled in the middle of the park, a goalkeeper short. We've got McGrath coming in to presumably play where Campbell and Hoilett have been. when does the window actually open?

Hibs seem to have some very good people on board now and I would have expected them to have plans for every eventuality, if they didnt then they are in the wrong ****ing job.
Granted top priority would have been a better route into the group stages but that was out of our hands and the board know that as did every hibs fan. We are down but not out and the determination from everyone at hibs to even secure europe in the first place should be applauded.
If hibs put the same grit and determination into next season we wont be far away again and the board know that we will need some quality additions to achieve that.
Really like the look of Ethan Galbraith had a great season at Orient and looking good today in the play off final. One I would be all over.
Think he's definitely an upgrade on levitt as fairly similar technically but has much better physical attributes. More of a goal threat as well.
Think we were linked with him a few windows ago.

We were linked with Galbraith a couple of years ago.
Interesting he’s now a right back/RWB - a position we need to improve on imo.
I see on Twitter hearts have been linked with Josh Mulligan, but then again that was lifted from kickback.
Miller wants to leave according to a mate of his I know. Wanted to leave at end of contract and wasn’t particularly pleased we took the option on him apparently.
Quite happy for miller to leave if we get a fee
Miller has been better this season definitely, but he seems like a bit of a legend in his own mind. Hope we do get some decent money for him if he wants away.
If Miller was to leave I wouldn’t be overly concerned. It feels as if he had that position on the right of the back three for ages but, really, it was a handful of games he played there in the second half of the season.
I’d rather just keep as much of the squad together as we can though.
I’ll be a bit disappointed if Miller goes, he’s done well this season.
To contradict that though, he’s definitely replaceable. At the risk of opening a can of worms, there was talk of Porteous coming back, if we were to sign him to replace Miller that’d be a huge upgrade I think.
He was all over the place in the game at Paisley. OHora may not have his pace - an issue, of course - but Miller is still very raw. When he gets the physicality and pace bit right he's very positive but when he's off it, it's still an issue.
He certainly didn't seem too upset when he appeared at the Hibs First evening.
Glad Hibs activated the clause, if he goes we get money.
Good player, lets see what the summer brings, trust in David Gray and Hibs to get it right.
Miller is a players who is falling into the Youan, Vente and Levitt category. All 4 out of contract in 2026, but it's highly likely Vente and Youan will be available for transfer.
Miller and Levitt both came good in recent months, however unless they are offered a contract to stay and accept it, then I'd be happy for the club to offload this summer if offers came in.
I don’t think Levitt is in the same category as them as he’s been exceptional on the park the last few months. If we were to get another season out him like last season but he left for free next summer it wouldn’t be a disaster.
Youann and Vente we don’t know what we’d be getting next season.
Miller been good but still very prone to a brain fart.
Not a great start for McGrath to Hibs career. Clapping and smiling whist sheep fans sing about Hibs falling apart.
Levitt is the only one out of them I'd be keen to keep, and even then I wouldn't class him as irreplaceable.
Miller is just too extreme in his ceiling and floor in terms of his performances; when he's bad he's absolutely terrible (albeit he can be the best player on the park by miles). It's a characteristic that really doesn't suit a defender IMO, and I'd rather have a Lewis Stevenson (or Jack Iredale) type who is 7/10 most weeks than someone who can easily be a 3 as a 10.
No no no just no. Jamestown has identified this player like every player signing for them any time soon. Any player who signs not using this outstanding (the only one in world by all accounts) analytical system is just not good enough. Well that’s what they say anyway.[emoji848]
He won’t be cheap either even out of contract.
Let’s not forget Sevco had to stump up 640k for Barron who had played 60 times for Aberdeen.
Mulligan has played 95 times for Dundee so would suggest a similar fee?? Well development fee.
McGrath has been part of a squad that has just won a Scottish Cup. If he’s enjoying his weekend, who really cares.
Hopefully he’s not regretting his decision now, right enough. Rather than him feeling like he’s missing out on something, hopefully it helps him put that bit extra in to getting us through the qualifiers.
Player enjoys cup win for current team shock
We can be awfully sensitive

I dont think he would cancel, He knew the possibilities when he signed plus they ****ed him about with their offer anyway thats why he went elsewhere. I'm actually looking forward to him officially joining and if others are same quality as him we are looking at im happy with that.
Why would aberdeen want to keep him
With all they millions they will surely be signing better than McGrath

Why are Hibs fans spending their Sunday watching Aberdeen’s cup celebrations.
Love to know where we fell apart this season?
Because it wasn’t the league cup game at Parkhead
It wasn’t the Scottish cup game at Parkhead
It wasn’t in the various games v Aberdeen.
If anyone fell apart, that would be the sheep, after bottling 2nd place, then 3rd place and finally 4th.
McGrath does nothing wrong whatsoever
