No question in my mind that political influence/incentive has resolved this for the Yams - all suddenly approved after technical issues, counter offers, comms blackout and without BJ having to return to Lithuania. For all their bravado, the Yams days of living it up are over. After a few weeks in the lower divisions, the full reality of their situation will hit them like a hammer to the face. The false and unique drive their fans and players have had this season will evaporate.

They never actually. Nobody claiming to be in the know actually said categorically 'hearts will be liquidated', it was all just rumours about what was going on behind the scenes. Some of it we know was true and some of it we'll probably never know whether it was true or not.Quote:

Having caught up with the thread frankly I'm embarrassed by the behaviour and attitude of some.
My info is that the deal has been done. It likely will not be held up by frozen shares. My info is also that they will not be spending big nor will they have any more money. Whilst Budge is in control Hearts will be run very carefully because she can't risk losing her money.
All I've done throughout is give the info from within Tynecastle. Even BDO didn't know the final outcome I can only report what I'm being told.
