But it made me think Fox News and trumpish behaviour is equally easy to find in this country as it is in the US. I'd point out that it's a civil case and he's being sued for $250m rather than being charged for a crime. That said, a referral is going to federal prosecutors so it could lead to him ending up in a criminal court too.
Top Trump Organization finance guys, CFO Allen Weisselberg and Controller Jeffrey McConney not included in the lawsuit so seems like they may have struck a deal in exchange for testifying against Trump and his kids.
