You could see them doing that for a short term delay but unlikely if the hold up would run to months.

* they may also need court approval which may or may not be a formality.

They will be actively working on liquidation now, but probably won't declare it until the end of the season, as soon as the fixtures are completed.

Care to provide a link to information (dates, location, topics etc) of such an event past or present. As a finance professional myself, albeit at a very junior level in comparison to yourself, I would be very interested in attending such an event.

I don't know whether desantos is talking nonsense or not but I do know him and can confirm he is a bonafide financial analysis (he's actually quite googleable from the things he's said about himself on here).
