With the Premiership now splitting in two, Hearts have five fixtures remaining against their fellow bottom-six sides. The Tynecastle outfit's next match is against Ross County on 19 April.

I have a big chum who supports "The Rongers", he's having a big gripe. "Surely this is trading while insolvent, which is a criminal act"? Would he be right?

No.

They're not trading while insolvent if they can pay their bills as they fall due.

And, trading while insolvent is not a criminal act. Were that the case, HMFC would have been charged years ago.

Bloomberg have long stopped covering the story with general articles as of no interest in Lith. No Vlad millions is hidden in the Hearts. This info from a direct conversation with them through my work Bloomberg terminal IM.
