In terms of Sporting Integrity I want them to go on winning nothing for as long as possible
It’s the only thing now that gets to them
They keep thinking g they are back but the longer they go without winning anything it confirms they aren’t Even if they are the best of the rest

If they had resisted playing the victim card, shown some humility, not been bought by glib and shameless liars, not hired Jim Traynor, and generally been a whole lot less obnoxious, they might have created a more attractive Phoenix from the flames story and attracted the investment to take Celtc on.
The constant ranting and claims of injustice show that they might be a new club but they’ve learnt nothing.
With £35.4 million of directors debt converted to equity, £11.4 million losses last season and needing £10 million to keep Rangers running to the end of the season, how much are they willing to blow to stop 10 in a row? Will they make wholesale changes - sack Gerrard and sell Morelos? What about the long term contracts of ageing players? Who would they bring in ? How much would it cost? £50 million more needs to be blown for a serious challenge but one that would have no guarantee of success. Going to be good to watch.
Totally agree if they had come back and actually apologised for cheating to everyone in the game and started back not employing dodgy owners and directors who clearly pandered to the Neanderthal element of their support they might have had more empathy from others in the game. Unfortunately they can't help with the attitude of superiority and entitlement that club has running through its veins.
In many ways they are worse as they convince themselves they have been done over. Can remember an interview with the ex manager who is only referred to by his first name, Walter. He was going on about not forgetting who had put the boot into them apparently when they were down on their luck.
They'd be bonkers to sack Gerrard, they've shown year on year improvement under him and I'd give them a 50/50 chance of stopping 10 in a row if he stays for another season. Unfortunately for the Huns I reckon he'll be offsky in the summer while his stock is still pretty high. :lolrangers:
They have to considerably cut their playing budget next season as things stand. Can’t see him staying in those circumstances. They are further behind Celtic now than they were at this stage last season. Not really an improvement.

Hopefully the £2 million they pay us for Kamberi pushes them over the edge and back into another liquidation
Celtic have improved a fair bit since last year though. I think Sevco have got better but the gap is similar.
From Gerrard's pov, he has probably done ok reputationally so far but still has nothing tangible to show for it and no realistic prospect of the sort of money to spend that would get his squad up to par with Celtic's. If he's smart and gets an offer down south then this summer might be a good time to move for him.
They'll only sack him if the Huns lose faith and ST renewals drop.
They need to stop 10 in a row. Gerrard looks like he can't do it. They need a Wim Jansen type of appointment. With four years left on his contract probably a £2 million pay off would do it. Probably a global whip round of Orangemen to raise money for a Stop 10 in a Row.
Heard some Sevco fans saying it’s not good for Scottish Football, one team winning the League all the time, suppose it would be okay though if they were winning it too. Fech them, as much as I dislike that other mob winning it year after year it gives me great pleasure that at least one of them ain’t winning nowt.
