No matter how bad we are we can always still laugh at Hearts. Never change Jambos.
Every single thing they do is either the bigliest or bestest and most innovative in the world of football.
Single tiered restricted view main stand with the bestest every dugouts in world football. Funny though how they have never ever came out and told us the new capacity since this £25 million quid was completed (well maybe they are holding off until it’s finished)
First every football club in the history of football to have a bespoke Hotel with no windows which will make them a million every season. Funny again how they’ve never mentioned how successful it has been (or maybe not) as one look at the availability pretty much throughout the year tells you I don’t think it’ll be making as much as they think.
Budge and co are brilliant at one thing and that’s the deflect when things get tough. They don’t see it and think all is Barry because they now have £10 million investment from Bloom (no wait) and the bestest every data analysis to ever be seen in football.
Those numbers might be understated, FoH have put in £18m, although I suppose £2m of that was paid to Budge for the shares. As for the Anderson amounts it was £29.5m up to year end June 2024 but since then he’s put in an additional £2.0m, and given a £4m new loan. He also put in around £3m for shirt sponsorship.
Not sure what that all adds up to. Plenty.
Make Gorgie Great Again
Remember the 3 jumbos that had hertz winning the league by 2025/26 season and Robbie Neilson wasn’t it ? Down as the best manager since Alex Ferguson 😂

Will always be my favourite hearts story this season and how well that one turned out.

Total flumpage.

The arrogance has no limits. Rock bottom, 10 points from 15 games, on a run of 1 win in 8 under the new manager, 1 win in 8 at home, a striker with 1 goal in 48 attempts at goal this season and confident they will finish top 6 (9 points infront) :aok:
BBC Heartsound outdid itself today
Preston ‘Biscuits’ and McLaughlin almost peeing themselves live on air when ‘shanks’ gets not one goal by two goals taking his total to three.
The panel now have Hearts safe from any trouble and debated for the majority of the post full time show how much Hearts would need to stretch to give this maverick an extended deal. Remember this being the same player Hearts fans were verbally abusing when he missed a penalty in Belgium.
Meanwhile in the real world Hearts will be bottom of the league in Saturday if we take a minimum point at home to Ross County and more so we are likely to be 8th if we win.
Showed real character in keeping it down to one against 10 men.
Shankland will score for fun in the Championship. Again.
But but but 5-1! Which they can all do with one hand 🤣
There are some amazingly hilarious threads on JKB today [emoji1787][emoji1787]

That was the Critchley of all Critchleys.
They certainly Critchleyd It
Jealous peg selling hobos.
Which division would they be in without £45m worth of donations? Would they even exist?
Nice quote from Derek McInnes
When asked how he felt after beating Hearts 1-0 with ten men
"An expected win"
Have it, Critchley
Did the Yams CEO McKinlay not defend the appointment of Critchley not as a distant 2nd choice but was down to the “analytics”?
When he ditches him in Feb will he now say the next appointment will be the first that’s down to the super spreadsheet?
When you talk so much bull**** it eventually catches up on you…
Apparently they got "too emotional on the ball", whatever that means 🤣
He also said 'we started brightly then the sending off changed the game.......'
The sending off was in your favour you absolute plum. The only time anyone ever peddles the 'it's harder to play against 10 men' nonsense is when they don't capitalise on it. Managers habitually bemoan referees not sending off opposition players or complain about having their own players sent off. If having 10 men or playing against 11 was really easier then they wouldn't do that, they'd welcome the referee's error if anything. Denying that having a man advantage isn't hugely beneficial is just a lie. If you can't exploit that advantage then that's on you but it's in no way, shape or form any kind of handicap.
I listened to his press conference post match and as ever he spoke very well. He also speaks well on VAR pointing out how Hearts had not received bookings for offenses his players had been booked for all year ultimately leading to reds. Also called out Hatate's challenge that wasn't red. He may be absolutely right about the inconsistency between referees but in my view it is far more the inconsistencies in the way referees treat different teams. Hibs players get book for anything that even resembles a booking. In the same game we watch The Rangers/ Celtc, Aberdeen and Hearts players get away with similar offences time after time

Speaking about the appointment, Chief Executive Officer Andrew McKinlay told the Official Hearts Website; "I'm very happy to be able to welcome Neil to Hearts.
"We've made no secret of the fact that analytics has guided our search for a new manager, and that data presented us with many top quality options including Neil.
That doesn't sound like the sort of cold hard outcome you'd expect from the world's biggest, best data analytics system. Never known hardware to involve emotion, even with mrs doctor Budge at the wheel, software maybe..........https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...bf93713735.jpg

Many top quality options but according to McKinlay they didn’t negotiate with anyone other than Critchley even though there was a lot of talk about Hogmo who they couldn’t afford …..
https://www.bbc.com/sport/articles/c5yjevxj5ndo
Then the talk of becoming title contenders was mentioned…

More Hogwash then Hogmo .
Perhaps just meant a lack of what Archibald used to highlight whenever he analysed games, a lack of composure.
It would be a mistake to find too many similarities between Critchley and Cathro. That kind of mindset might take root over at the other place and Critchley might be hounded out just as Cathro was. And we wouldn't want that.
Trying not to watch his post match interview with green tinted specs. I thought it was shocking and looked lost
Critchley's record so far in league games is:
Played: 9
Won: 3
Drawn: 2
Lost: 5
For: 12
Against: 11
It's an improvement over Naismith but hardly the new manager bounce they were looking for - especially for a team that everyone, including most of this forum, had as nailed-on for third.
Love McInnes sometimes
This was the quote on beating Hearts with 10 men for 92 minutes of play:
"It's a brilliant day and victory and it's no more than we deserved. When you dress it down, it's just three points and three points we expected. But we've done it the hard way and some three points feel better than others, and because of the context it feels like a brilliant three points."
Wouldn't be at all surprised if Petrol Club pump them tomorrow. Would be up there with when that part time Maltese outfit pumped them out Europe.
Petrol Pump or draw 11/4
Huge game for them this evening, if it goes tits up it could really be an implosion of their season and see them on the path to relegation.
It is apparently worth €1 million to them if they progress this evening, the first time a non-OF club have progressed in European group football.
They have 3 home games out of 4 in the league after this so unfortunately a lift this evening could see them in a bit of form before we go there. As dire as they have been the new manager has been able to pick up results at home.
Pivotal game in their season imo and one which could have a huge influence going into the upcoming derby.
I do agree, but they went away to that Istanbul mob that pumped hearts comfortably home and away and were a late VAR decision away from getting a draw against Real Betis a couple of weeks ago.
Should be a comfortable win for hearts but if a goal doesn’t come early first half it could well get twitchy for them
Probably wildly optimistic to think that the Gorgie Goons will get eliminated tonight but what's fitba without hope...
Petrocub have a winger called Puscas …….. just saying. :greengrin
After winning their first 2 games they have well and truly Densed it.
Hope to god they don't sack him.
They were level on goal difference, it is number of goals scored they've gone out on. Shame. Maybe they should change it to goal average. 😀
Least they know how to do Microsoft excel
Hearts are an absolute circus, and I can't remember a time when they weren't. Shambles from top to bottom. The pompous owners don't have a clue what they're doing. Such a shame that the fans can't get rid of them because it's themselves.
Wish hearts stayed in Europe
Would have effected their league campaign more
