"When S****horpe signed Ojo last season he was a player not many people had heard of - but he quickly endeared himself to the S****horpe fans both on and off the pitch”
"Ojo is more of a defensive midfielder but does like to get forward on occasions and has a very good shot on him, demonstrated by the goals he has scored for the Iron, this season and last.”
"He very rarely loses the ball when in possession and has the ability to play a defence-splitting pass but is equally as comfortable in trying to break up attacks and is never afraid to shirk a tackle.”
"He has a great will to win, great passion and absolutely hates it when his team loses. He has adapted to English football well.”
"Ojo definitely has the qualities to make the step up to the Championship, especially when he is at the top of his game."
From description above, he sounds exactly like what we need. From the clips I’ve watched of him, I can’t really argue with those comments.
He’s extremely comfortable when receiving the ball deep and shows a lot of composure in possession. Reminds me a lot of Beram Kayal in that he’s tenacious out of possession but very assured in possession. Would be an excellent addition to our squad.
