Villa are not the most technically gifted team. But their raw power, drive and directness make them an absolute nightmare to play against. They expose weaknesses in the opposition and make them pay for it. They're dogged both on and off the ball.
Walker,Gundogan,Grealish are shadows of what the were, de Bruyne is done with injuries and the recent buys haven't looked that great to me. Complete rebuild needed at City.
Yes, it looks a season too far for some of them. Pep’s perpetual motion style of play requires energy. Gundogan in particular looks like he can no longer do it. All great teams come to an end eventually and have to be broken up.Quote:
