Just came on this thread to mention this show, fantastic show and much more than just a food or travel show, history and politics play a huge part also. Bourdain is excellent in it, sad he’s no longer with us.

I really enjoyed the first part of The Salisbury Poisoning on bbc one last night. The production is quite low key but it was extremely well done, it really is an unbelievable story, hard to believe it was 2 years ago now.
I watched the first part of Murder in the Car Park tonight, I honestly can’t believe I’d never heard this story until someone on here recommend the Podcast, Untold: The Daniel Morgan story. It really is an unbelievable story, sadly I don’t think his family will ever get justice.
Watched Everton: Howard’s Way, about Howard Kendall’s team of the mid 80s. Really enjoyed it.
Watching I Know This Much Is True with Mark Ruffalo on Sky just now, excellent even if it is sometimes hard to watch.
Just watching stranger things the now, halfway through season two.
The BBCs Glastonbury weekend is superb. Currently watching Radiohead from 1997.
Athlete A on Netflix is disturbing viewing.
Horrible to think of what these young girls experienced and will have to live with for the rest of their lives.
What's even more horrible is that its probably the tip of the iceberg around the world. Paedophiles will target organisations like this everywhere.
It beggars belief that adults who should know better choose to protect them in the name of winning medals rather than protecting children.
If you're looking for a decent detective series, then you could do worse than Cardinal on BBC iplayer.
Finished white lines on Netflix this week, don’t know what to think about it really, enjoyed the story but some of the ‘trouble’ the characters found themselves in along the way was pretty outrageous, soundtrack was great though
Just finished Ray Donovan - really good series. Disappointed to read there is no season 8.
Finished Turn : Washington's Spies, highly recommend it (4 seasons).
Floor is Lava. Strangely entertaining.
The Truman Show added to Netflix. Tonight's viewing sorted.
I’m watching Firefly on prime. I’m absolutely loving it, god knows why it was cancelled after one series.

It was on BBC the other night so should be available on catch up
Neil Baldwin
It's probably an oversimplification on my part but if he hadn't cut the rope both of them would have died. He cut the rope and both survived. He made the correct decision.
Yates and Simpson are no longer on speaking terms but Simpson has always defended Yates and said he would have done exactly the same thing had the roles been reversed.
