4. Although its not said in this piece it appears BDO forced S & M to take a wage reduction.

I said from the start that IMO, BDO/BJ were possibly exceeding their authority in their football dealings. I accept its their responsibility to try & save the Yams but if S & M could have brought in a new management team at no increase in cost then surely that was within their authority? If it wasn't then it begs the question just why are they still there? It seems some Yams are also finally questioning BDO's role. Mind you, it appears the only thing BDO & S & M agree on is that BB is a total welt who was doing their cause no good whatsoever. Its quite an achievement to be told you're not needed even when you offer your sevices for free!! :greengrin

Hamill has a major attitude problem and is apparently a right arse to the players, behaving like some sort of hardened veteran, barking orders etc. Apparently the youngsters all take the piss out of him behind his back.

One young player is quoted as saying "It's like when you're wee having a kick about and a couple of adults join in. They think they are amazing because they can skin wee laddies"
