Email now received requesting passport details.
I had submitted my info when buying. Still got the email so completed it just in case. Straightforward stuff.
Then he won’t be able to collect his ticket. The name associated with the client reference number needs to match the name on the passport details given and the ticket needs to be picked up by the named person on the ticket with their passport.
If you have put in your mates details alongside your sons client reference number you’ll likely get a call from the ticket office as they won’t match.
Lucky enough to be a Hibs first member and completed the details asked for with passport details and since had an email requesting i complete prior to collection.
Anyone else received this ?
I am taking it is a general email after ticketmaster not requesting it on the season ticket sale

I think any mismatches between reference details and passport details will be pulled up in advance as well.
