I think Joshua would rather fight Wilder. Wilder got hit so many times last night. If it had been Joshua hitting him I think it would have been over. On other hand though I don’t think Joshua (or any other heavyweight) bar Fury would have gotten up from that 12th round knockdown.
I'd like to see AJ V Wilder in April on the basis that Fury gets winner for all the belts, a draw might have negated a rematch and Wilder might not fancy it just now imo

It's good to see proper heavyweight boxers fighting rather than beefed up cruiserweights. Tyson Fury is a proper heavyweight at 6ft 9in and 18 stone!
Glad to see Adonis Stevenson has now been moved from critical to stable. Still long way to go but hopefully he makes a full recovery.

Something doesn’t seem right about Brook tonight. He should still win but will need a massive improvement if he is to step up again.
Brook took a few big shots there. He doesn’t look in much trouble, but against a better fighter he won’t get away with that. Fair play to Zerafa though, he’s making a fight of it.
Brook has had two bad eye socket fractures in the last few years which must prey on his mind - not a great performance tonight

Brook made the weight with ease. I think he tried to come in too low to show Khan he could make 147. He just looked slow at times.
I doubt we will ever see Loma v Crawford. Loma is fighting at 135lbs and I doubt we will see him at 140 any time soon.Quote:

I see the WBO crowned their 1st 'global' champion last night. So we now have the IBO, IBF, WBC, WBA Regular, WBA Super, WBO World and WBO Global as well as the Ring Champion. I'm not sure what the difference is between world and global tbh.

Saw on Sky sports this morning Dillian Whyte wants to fight Brezeale in April or May. With Fury and Wilder probably going to have a rematch I'd laugh my ass off if Joshua had to fight like David Price or something in April at Wembley. Or even more if Hearn had to call off the whole show.
I didn't used to like Whyte but quite warming to him. No BS about him it appears and on the face of it he's being messed around by the different organisations

DeGale looked to me like he had retired before this fight, I questioned his motivation and that’s exactly what was the difference. Would love to see Smith Eubank as Smith would knock him out but can’t see it happening.
Ricky Burns is reportedly one of the fighters being considered as a potential replacement to fight Josh Taylor in his WBSS semi-final if Ivan Baranchyk insists he’s out of the tournament. Presumably the world title wouldn’t be up for grabs though.
Ricky is an absolute warrior. He’ll fight ANYONE. Total respect for the guy. It would be one if the greatest ever domestic Scottish fights IMHO but not sure I’d enjoy watching it if I’m honest.
Baranchyk is contracted to WBSS & will fight Taylor so it’s all pointless speculation in my opinion. Burns has had a good career but Taylor would hurt him bad.Quote:
