After the fiasco at the Scotland vs Georgia game, we decided to book somewhere to stay for the England game. Booked an “apartment” essentially a wee studio for a reasonable price. All confirmed and sorted from the day after the Georgia game.
Place has now cancelled on us saying they had inadvertently double booked as it was listed on both booking.com and Air BnB. Booking.com offered somewhere else but when I went to accept that it had gone… but funnily enough the one that had cancelled on us was now available again but for more money. Blatantly trying to make a buck out of it being the England game.

Scotrail - had tickets booked for a train through to Glasgow and back the next day as I was going to a concert, the gig was cancelled so went to cancel my train tickets, I paid £11 for a ticket and only getting £1 refund. What the actual ****! They want us to take green travel, it needs to be adaptable to folks needs.

I've been stung twice in the last year. First time was coming out of my garden shed where there was a nest. That really hurt. Second time was a couple of weeks ago on holiday in Spain.
