im no financial whizz but ,the admin is not over there is a 30 day cooling period, and the main fact is the Hear7s shares are still under lock and key due to the ammount of fraud the madvlad did with his various companies, aand cannot see this being fixed in a long, long time, sure some one more clued up on this will confirm what i have said, failling that read back 20 pages or so.
One of my Jumbo mates was telling me how the "exec" boxes for hospitality at the Swynie are furked. Calor gas heaters in each of them as the heating is knackered. Walls are peeling, there was no food provided either. Anyone paying for that just now is effectively a nut job, not going to impress any clients, thats for sure.
Sorry to cause a panic. It is just a technicality. Companies House web site noted the Yams Status as in administration but changed it on Monday to Voluntary Arrangement.
The CVA was voted through last Friday but BDO are still running things at the PBS with the status of " under supervision ". It will make a difference to what contracts they can tear up and staff they can ditch, but they still need the UBIG shares before they can start to return to normal trading. Dunfermline still have not completed their legal paperwork.
I think the main difference is Ukio Bankas will payfor the admin. process through the proceeds of the sale to FoH or liquidation and now the cost of Supervision comes from the income generated at the PBS ( but not next years season ticket money ). I'm sure Robinp can explain things properly.
There is also a note that the change from admin. to supervision date is provisional and depends on any appeal against the vote.
Come on HMRC, we need your objections soon !
Why can't we pick up the baton that sideshow bob has put down...........we could offer £50k for the shares that £10 each for 5000 of us plus a little but more for solicitors fees etc, anyone interested?

Its a bit gobbly-gook, but I think it says Vlad's sister Olga is a bit p*ssed that she might get prosecuted while Prince Vlad has done a runner.
Its the Ukio Bankas admin. that should be prosecuted. :greengrin

A bit more detail in this article. It would seem Vlad sister assaulted a woman who had acted as UBIG's lawyer because of the statement she had given to investigators.
What was interesting it says Olga was backed up by her driver and a Scotsman who acted as her security. Any ideas who ?
Interesting tidbit, apparently the fans have taken to buying student tickets online, then not actually going. So they are paying money but not wanting to watch.
How true that is or how many are doing it I don't know...
There were rumours of similar at the beginning of the season with season tickets.
When crowds were strong it meant walk ups couldn't pay full price for those empty seats. I suppose now that walk ups have all but dried up at least the yams are getting something for these seats.
6 of one half a dozen of the other.
Even when jambos try their hardest to be charitable they still find a way to fall short and look cheap
Pay full price ya fuds
OK, I'm now convinced they're going to get relegated.
15 Games gone and they've only made up 1 point on 2nd bottom (who have a game in hand)
Could be true because there's definitely less people actually going than season tickets sold. It seems a particularly daft way of doing things though as they are not only taking the seat away from potential walk ups 18-20 times a season but they are also guaranteeing those seats will be empty. The more of them that do this the more empty the stadium will look.
Why would they not just donate the money to one of the many, many, many different schemes set up or buy the ticket and give it to a Yam friend who maybe can't afford it.
