A successful Rangers team will keep the wolf from his door. The minute they hit the skids he’ll be dropped like a turd. I hope we hibbys remember to keep the barriers up when he tries to crawl back as a long lost one of us. He’s toast as a Hibby.

It was curious listening to him pundit that last game at Ibrox, falling over himself to be the Rangers man while at the same time telling us what a great club Hibs are and how much he loves Ryan Porteous. Seriously mixed up kid. If the Fast Show had been set at Ibrox he’d be Indecisive Dave. Great player though, no question.
Ole getting his jotters later this evening? Man U board meeting called apparently
Can't officially be done till Monday surely. As they have to release this through the stockmarket first I would imagine.
Ole will get £7.5m compo....he can buy a lot of wheels with that
OGS has left the building

Man Utd after Zidane apparently…
Got disaster written all over it.
They’ve messed up by leaving it too late, Conte would have been ideal but he’s no longer available. I’d be sounding out Rodgers, not having the best season but a fresh challenge might be what he needs. I think he has taken Leicester as far as he can.
3 semi finals, a final - losing on penalties (fine margins), second last season and 3rd best win % in Man u’s history. On paper he did a good job in the post Ferguson world of Man U just being one of the pack. In the wider context I think he’s a limited manager at the very top and made them less than the sun of their parts.
A little bit of a flippant point from me but I do think OGS at Man U mirrors the Jack Ross debate in a lot of aspects.
It'll be a caretaker til end of season then the wrong appointment.
It should be Erik ten haag. They'll blow the bank on Zidane or someone for a year or so then it'll end in tears.

Sheffield United sacked their manager. Only appointed him in the summer I think.
It's being widely reported Ralf Rangnick is about to become Man United interim manager for the rest of the season.
Stevie Crawford appt manager of East Fife. Didn’t realise he was asst manager at Edinburgh City
Not a managerial appointment however I see Queens Park have appointed a director of football from AZ Alkmar. Seems like a hell of a coup and doesn’t really make any sense.

Also a really interesting appointment for Fort William. Well done to them for thinking outside the box a bit.
I can see Benitez at Everton on a real shoogly peg, he might get January to sort it out but last night's hammering won't go down well.
He's in deep trouble. Many Evertonians didn't want him from the start; current form makes him very vulnerable. He's had terrible luck with injuries to key players, and the Everton hierarchy seems dysfunctional, but it's always the manager who carries the can. If they lose their next couple of games, I don't think he'll survive.

Bielsa will be next..Leeds in freefall…:greengrin
Trying not to be a dick by pointing this out but Kilmarnock appointed an experienced manager who has been an absolute disaster for them. Everything on paper suggested he would have been a good appointment.
Just another reason why I’m pleased we didn’t go for a supposed safe appointment to replace Ross.
Experience means nothing if it’s not a good fit for the club.
Kilmarnock home gates are not much bigger than StJohnstones mate, both pretty **** to be honest, for SPL he would have to rebuild Kilmarnocj, not a job I think he would relish on pennies. St Johnstone are am SPL club and if they stay up then poss not much of a rebuild but still with pennies at hand

I think Queens Park recently installed some Dutch fella as sporting director if I remember rightly, he held a similar post at AZ Alkmaar, I wouldnt be surprised to see them appoint someone from the continent. Interesting times at Lesser Hampden.
