Still in with a slim chance of a win, valuable lessons learned!
My fantasy team is absolutely hopeless. needs alot of work!
Im ahead in my other league but thats most down to J Thomas.
The two sack fumbles killed me! :boo hoo:
I'm still trying to figure out if I had bad match ups or my team sucks :greengrin
Rodgers V Seattle
Doug Martin V Carolina
both let me down big time
Need 9 points between Woodhead and Fitzgerald tonight. And hope the Edinburgh Giants don't score anymore!
Looking good for a win for me although Ellington and Gates are certainly capable of scoring 40 odd points between them for the Byrds and the Brees. Both are listed as questionable so I'm pretty confident.
Ray Rice gone, absolute ****bag who should be locked up.
Rice added: “Anybody knows the rule of a husband. If you go biblically, the husband is the head of a household. My job is to lead my family, my job is to lead my wife. My job is to lead in whatever I do. And if I’m not being the example, then my family crumbles.”
What a lovely guy, eh?
ok so I've no got a clue when it comes to waivers?? ive submitted 2 but don't know what happens next?
With Rice being dumped, suddenly my selection of Bernard Pierce doesn't look too bad! :greengrin
Megatron. Delivers. :agree:
I have four fantasy teams. Two I drafted, two were on auto draft. Guess which two won and which two lost? LOL.
This was a funny week. In general I am happy with the players that I drafted, or were drafted for me, but there were a few pokes in the eye - especially Jamaal Charles.
I got the guys I wanted, I thought I would be clever and changed to a Dome kicker but the offence needs to get that far up the field for the kicker to do his work
Can someone elucidate how the draft waiver order works?! I was 16th so my effort to pick up Justin Forsett was unsurprisingly unsuccessful.
I hadn't placed any claims prior to this, so I'm curious as to why I started at the bottom?
That was what I had wondered too but surely the waver order was determined before the outcome of week 1's games, as we could submit requests prior to the games being played this weekend?
It doesn't matter and I don't want to be seen to be being pissy - I was simply curious! :greengrin
I think Ayrshire is above me because of the point differential of scored vs conceded.
There were no waivers before the games started last week as free agency was still open, once the games start (Thursday night) you can't change your roster till the waivers are processed on the next Wednesday, once the waiver order is sorted. So because you were top overall after the first games you were last in the waiver order.
I'm not sure on the standings, you have a better points differential than Ayrshire. The only thing I can think of is that wins over divisional rivals are worth more in the divisional standings tie-breakers than points differential (which is worth more in overall)? Ayrshire was the only one in the SOL division to beat a rival so he goes top?
Managed to pick up Josh Gordon in a couple of the leagues I am in. Now just gotta pray for his suspension to be completely overturned.
Justin Forsett?? Lorenzo Taliaferro is the RB to own in Baltimore now
Quite chuffed to pick up James Starks from the Pack. My RBs are garbage this season:greengrin
