Another twist as the Motherwell-born billionaire heads for the Court of Session ... http://www.heraldscotland.com/news/1...creditors_pot/
The first security and floating charge The rangers F C Group ( Wavetower ) was on 24th March 2012, a few weeks after rangers F C Oldco was put in administration.

I do remember something about Liberty Capital putting up cash at the outset, the Ticketus cash was just used to pay off the Bank overdraft.
But £ 20 million, I don't think so.
Yeah, Oldco FC were put into administration but the Rangers F C Group have never been in administration. Could there be anything in the take over documents pledging assets of the Oldco to their new owners , the Holding company ?
These guys are past masters at asset stripping , I think they will have a rabbit to pull out of the hat. I also see in the Standard security forms , that English Law shall be used in any disputes.
Thinking back, Whyte and his associates thought they were getting the Club back through Sevco 5088 until Mr Green employed the switch to Sevco Scotland.
This security claim might be a last desperate gambit rather than a planned course of action.
Henry Spurway, of Easibet Bookmakers ?
The other Spurway is a Richard James Spurway born 1954
Steve Clarke now 1/10 favourite to take over at Fulham. Reading vacancy coming up... respectfully, they'll definitely want either a proven City Trader or to capture the signature of a world class manager...
Considering I read this about 6:30 this morning, I'm not surprised.

That internet - it moves so fast... like that time Scott Brown was about to be the latest signing at Rangers.
Anyway, there's a vacancy coming up at Reading. Had a look at their forum and Warburton's not on the radar of most of their fans. You could say, he's off the radar - which is the Rangers Way, of course.
Someone suggested him and the more or less collective response was "who?"... A real impact.
Stubbs is 20/1 for Reading - wonder if that's enough to make him "tipped to take over" for the Record's journalists ahead of any games we have coming up?

Warby still getting a mention in the QPR betting.
But Reading, now that's not too far from the city Trader's home base of Potters Bar. :greengrin
Where's Caversham Green these days ? he was a Reading attender.
Get the demand for warby moving.
Sources will suggest that Waghorn and Tavernier will be traveling down with him.

No chance - Brentford got decent results but they played a nasty version of football. Not something I want to watch every week. I'm hearing he is in the frame though, along with Pearson and Sherwood.
I have an inkling (based on nothing whatsoever) about Martin Keown - his boy's on the books and I believe he has some other connections at the club.
