Do you know if the game will be shown on Danish TV? I’m booked up but didn’t get lucky today. Will probably still go, but if it’s not on TV it might make me reconsider…

Tin hat on.
There was no issue today. People who didn’t get tickets weren’t quick enough.
If you refreshed at 2:59pm you’d have saw the match like everyone else (yes, it went up 1 minute early).
Within seconds, people put tickets in their baskets. It takes less than 10 seconds to select match > select ticket quantity > select ticket type and add to basket. Don’t pick from map, you’re losing time. Let them allocate you wherever. These will go almost instantly, within a minute. You may get lucky seeing the odd one released later as people don’t follow right through to purchasing for whatever reason.
There’s undoubtedly a skill around this. I do feel particularly sorry for people without digital literacy skills or people with disabilities who perhaps can’t use the technology effectively. We’re definitely not catering for the vulnerabilities people may have.
Hibs First was an option to pay a premium for guarantee, but now that is full too.
I’ve missed out many times before. There’s a bit of luck, but ultimately you need to be absolutely on the ball - logged in, refreshing, selecting tickets to basket quick.
I don’t think it would be the same folk getting tickets all the time for a game like this. If you look at this one, there was a fair number of Hibs First members taking up the option. If loyalty points was in place the thresholds could be moved accordingly. I think there needs to be a bit of middle ground between going to every single game and being in the same boat as all other season ticket holders.
I refreshed at 2.59pm and the game wasn't up for me. It came up at 3pm for me. I'm also digitally literate and did all the things you said and none were coming up so I think it's more about luck than anything else. I got one ticket at 3.35 and one at 3.40 (both in the middle of a complex work meeting!!) Not enough though. A ballot would have been better than that process.
Was the passport talk a red herring to deter the transfer of Hibs first tickets between Hibs supporters?
From looking at the Midtjylland website I reckon it would be almost impossible to get a ticket in the home end. Looks like after season tickets you would have to sign up to a monthly paid subscription service (of which there are no spaces available) to get any chance of a ticket .
Saw KP mention on the bounce that anyone who bought today will be contacted for their passport info.
What a shambles.
All to stop tickets being transferred between fellow Hibs fans.
I think everyone in Hibs First would agree with this. It just what we’ve got just now, until a permanent solution is found. Difficulty going forward is clubs now sell direct to fans
I’m one of 3 Hibs First family members who can’t go to Denmark, so it allows 3 other season ticket holders to go.
