Excellent - I don't know what it is, but I've developed a real dislike to Belgium over the years (though their beer is still world leading :greengrin).

Horrendous decision. Tbh the ref had a terrible game imo with some of the bookings and fouls he was giving bit that took the Biscuit
What relevance is sound waves to whether it was a handball or not? If the ref cannot look at that and determine via a replay at real speed whether or not the player intentionally handballed it, or his arm was in some unnatural position then pack it all up and go home
